This is a genuine warning about their practices
I waited for almost a month to receive nothing. No updates, nothing until I contacted them and was told that the item I wanted was no longer available. The main reason I wanted a warm blanket was to supply me with extra warmth due to a very cold winter. My daughter said she would purchase it for me as a birthday present for me. It’s now spring, weather has changed and this blanket would be too hot. I would not recommend this company and suggest if you do make sure you make frequent follow-ups, also the company has sent shipping information what was incorrect and unable to track item.After multiple emails regarding updates in the item they had explained that the item was still unable to be dispatched so why did I get a shipping confirmed if items not shipped at all for a month .
I will never consider going through this company again.

Shipping and Delivery Takes a Long Time
I was looking for this bath mat specifically for my son's dorm and needed it by the move-in date. I wish I had known that this was not a store in the US and that the shipping and delivery time was going to take so long. It was not apparent from their online storefront and I wish companies would be more upfront about this. After a few attempts, I did get a hold of a person who was keeping me posted on the shipment and they were very nice, but it was too late. It showed up at my house after move-in and I had to pay to have it mailed to my son's college after the fact.

I emailed and wondered how long It would be before I got a reply. 3 hours later received an email letting me know parcel 2 is on the way. Very happy and know Casa is definitely trustworthy.

I purchased the Secure Shower Mat/Non-Slip & Antibacterial Mat just a few weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase, it arrived quickly and is holding up just as described. I bought two 100% cotton blankets. They look exactly like the photos and videos. They're soft, well made, beautiful patterns, reversible so two in one. They wash well. I received them within a week and service was great, including tracking and followup. Highly recommend these blankets

Easy to order & a quality product
Easy to order & arrived relatively quickly. The throw I ordered is exactly as I hoped for colour wise. A little lighter weight than expected but I’ve realised that is a good thing as I can use it in other ways, not just on my bed. It’s a quality product, such a relief, & I won’t hesitate to order items from them again.
