I ordered a mini table saw on December 16, 2020 which was charged to my credit card, but I have yet to receive the saw. Numerous inquiries via e-mail have been unanswered. If this company is even legitimate, it is not one I would recommend. At this point, it's a scam in my book.

ordered a masked Grinch 2020 Christmas ornament last Nov. Never received it. Have emailed many times and they reply they have received my request and it is being reviewed by their support staff. Continued emails get the same reply. First time I have been scammed. I lost the 19.99 I spent, but more important I lost more faith in shopping the internet.

We never got our order placed in December. Service rep Diana Anderson stated was late due to Covid. 3 months later we never received it and they never responded to repeated emails nor would release phone #. I contacted my credit card Company who had Their fraud department research and they gave me credit back to my account.

Yup, scam. Couldn't return an item, they never answered a plethora of emails from me

I placed an order in the fall of 2020, which I have still not received. I have sent dozens of emails to the Casabilanka and the only response I get is "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". This is a crook, not a company.

In short - Got Robbed

I ordered on Dec 2, 2020 and, 2 months later, still don't have my order. I emailed 3 times and they did respond once to ask me to be "patient" due to Covid. Good grief! Such a scam! I'll never see that $75US again! So angry! And now their site doesn't even exist!

I ordered a phone cross shoulder bag in mid December.
Have emailed twice requesting an update on my order.
No item and no reply to either email.
Feeling very nervous.
A scam perhaps????

Ordered in mid December and have never received my order, #4923, nor have I gotten a response from either of my two emails that I have sent.

It is January 27 2021I still have not received my refund to my account for $19.99 ???????? which was withdrawn on December 4th I never received my order it was for Christmas

Purchased something for my daughter, never arrived. Asked for a refund which they replied to and said I would receive it within 10 business days which I never received, tried to email them again and had no reply. It’s a scam and they managed to have there website advertised over Instagram and other social media.

Order # 3981. Ordered 11/26/2020, never received. Asked for a refund twice. have nothing today. Has anyone been refunded or should I file a complaint with the State?

Didn't get my stuff and no reply back to my emails and now I don't get to give y'all a bad review even though y'all filed me 83 dollars will never buy from here again

I never received my order #4454. I placed my order on 12/5/20. I emailed several times. I got a response the first time saying it was in transit and nothing after that. I asked for a refund and heard nothing.

Order #3820 on 11/22/20 never received and link to check order from only email I received no longer works. Huge waste avoid this company.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!
I placed a order on 12/10/20 and never received it. I emailed Casabilanka regarding my order and was told that the USPS messed up and lost my order. I replied to get a refund and any information regarding the supposed interaction with the Post Office and never heard back. After countless unanswered emails it is safe to say Casabilanka is a fraudulent site!
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

I placed an order on Dec 3rd (over 6 weeks ago now)....it still hasn't shipped. It was for Christmas, so I just recently asked for a refund...I did receive a reply saying they would look into my request but that was over a week ago and still no follow up. I emailed a second time but still haven't heard back.

Never received my order, never got a refund.. I have confirmation stating that I would receive my refund but never did!!! Order# 4049

Order #3579 ordered on Nov 16, 2020. Was a 2020 ornament for my tree. NEVER RECEIVED. Last response was 12/7/2020 said the order was in transit. It wasn't!!! Please send the ornament or refund my $$
