Las Vegas trip

When my friend got the call she expected there to be a catch, usually timeshare or vacation club presentation, which there was. The good thing is the rep explained that to her up front. We have bought these trip packages in the past and I know there are going to be certain dates I can't book. That's why the price and perks are so good. Call customer care and ask for dates available in the months your interested in and plan your days off around that.

Promotional offers are really just a scam. I chose Hawaii for a two night getaway with the intention of adding a few days to it. First, you really only get one day there as my flight there was a really late arrival, stay one day and leave early the next. Asked a pretty rude customer service agent about extending and you can only do that at the 30 or 60 day mark. Kinda hard to plan a vacation that short when you are still working. Asked for a refund of my $100 deposit so we'll see. Save your money

I supposedly won a trip with them to…

I supposedly won a trip with them to the Dominican Republic. The place I chose was Punta Cana, 4 days, 3 nights. They told me I had to give a deposit of $490, which I sent. Two days ago, they called me to say that I was leaving on May 19th at 10:30 PM, arriving in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic at 12:40 AM, and leaving the Dominican Republic on May 22nd, I don't know what time. So I don't understand. Where are the 3 nights if I was arriving in the Dominican Republic the next day? When I corrected the place and time she was telling me because what she was saying was a scam, she told me not to interrupt because everything was being recorded. I told her, "Well, you know what? CANCEL IT because what you're telling me is a rip-off." She said, "Okay, we'll return your deposit in approximately 4 to 6 weeks." Please don't line their pockets; they're just sitting around waiting for someone else to fall for it.

I spoke to the scheduler for a free las vegas trip. They keep adding charges so I cancelled the trip. They were to send back my deposit and I have been waiting for 2 months and still nothing. I am on hold now to try and get someone on the phone. I feel this is a big scam and someone should go to jail for this. There has to be some laws broken by them.

We paid Casablanca Express $998.00 over…

We paid Casablanca Express $998.00 over a year ago for a 7-day Western Caribbean Cruise - we were told that it would be either on Carnival or Royal Caribbean cruise line. Our date of travel is scheduled or at least told to us would be 22 Feb through 1 Mar 2026 out of Miami. The price paid is for air fare and cruise. To this day we have not received any information from the travel agent or Julio (office manager). I have left several messages with no response. I called other departments and just keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable customer service but while I was on the phone Chad offered us a resort stay in Hawaii....so they couldn't get this cruise right, but you think I am crazy enough to give this company another $798.00. This company is a fraud - DO NOT TRUST CASABLANCA EXPRESS

We paid Casablanca Express Travel an booked a cruise for January 18,2026. They finally called the 23rd of December and had given away our cabin and the ship was full. We got no cruise.

We paid Casablanca Express Travel a $992 deposit for a confirmed Caribbean cruise on Jan 18, 2026. After weeks of ignored calls, our agent finally told us our cabin had been given away and the cruise was full. They promised a refund within 60 days but have not returned calls or emails since.

We paid for a trip that was never provided. Use extreme caution before giving this company any money.

I purchased a special Hawaiian vacation for 699.00 and never received anything like a receipt, paperwork etc. The money had been taken immediately from my debit card. When I called a few days later they were pushing the same vacation only it now costs 899.00. As soon as I told them my issue i was told they were transferring me to customer service. I dont think that dept exists. Now when I call you get lost in the auto phone service. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM. DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR WEB OF SCAMS!

If I could leave a zero star I would

If I could leave a zero star I would. I had the most unprofessional experience with the sales representative at 800-315-2065. After paying both deposits to book my trip. I called to schedule our long awaited vacation. Only to be advised by the Rep. Cassie our second deposit was not received. After her fail attempt to transfer me to customer service for a 13 minute hold. I called back reluctantly hoping for a better initally resolution. To my surprise there was Cassie again. Rudely, she denied my request 9 times on the recorded line to speak to a supervisor. I was able to google a different phone number for customer service for Casablanca Express and spoke with Jeff who was so helpful. He acknowledged both deposits were indeed paid. I was able to schedule flawlessly with him. Cassie is the absolute worst representative in sales. If Casablanca Express wants returning clients with positive experiences, they need to hire another representative to professionally bring in revenue. As Cassie will only further hinder their sales.

Scammed me for $998!

I sat through their "this is not a time-share" presentation, and was awarded a "free" cruise. Sent them $998 for taxes, port fees, etc. Waited 5 months for my cruise, then they only offered me options with upgrade costs (over $1,000). Opted for a refund which was promised. Been waiting 60 days now, no refund and they ghosted my e-mails. Very bad company.

I would give them 0 if that option was…

I would give them 0 if that option was available. They said they would set up my reservation 45 to 60 in advance and did not. When they did call the tried to up sale me to a more expense hotel with extra fees. Lots of extra fees. I canceled the same day and said I wanted my deposit back and they are now refusing to give me my refund back.

Consider contacting the CA State Atty General

Thank you to everyone who has left honest reviews you have helped my husband and I to not send our money in and are not using their service or trying to book a "free" cruise as a result. I would like to suggest that those of you who have been scammed should contact the California Attorney General's Office, they have an online consumer complaint form. The only way this company is going to be held accountable is if the state has to get involved.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Our registration was processed and I should have gotten a reservation deposit request within 30 days which would have been Dec. 12. We never got anything and I called after the beginning of the year. I was on hold so long I finally gave up and filled out a form. Never heard back on that. Today I was able to get through and they claim they sent the request. Now it is too late to book the tickets we would have requested. Don't fall for their scam. Very complicated system with stupid hoops to jump through.

Disgusting customer service people

Disgusting customer service people. They need education and trainings for their job, can't even communicate well. Never trust this company. I can even give a 0 rate for their service. This is completely a scam.

Don't fall for it!

The service at this place is highly unsatisfactory. They require a substantial down payment of almost $700, after which communication becomes impossible. Phone calls - plan on waiting an hour to speak to someone, and emails go unanswered.

The promised cruise, for which we waited for an entire year, suddenly became unavailable. To "help" you, they are willing to help you look for another cruise option, but of course, you have to pay penalties. Why? I didn't make the "original" itinerary unavailable.

So now we are on a different ship with a shorter duration, which costs MORE through Casablanca than it would to book it yourself online - so that we don't lose out on it. Remember that down payment? $700 bucks

I hope others do not fall into this trap.
