We needed to replace a shower cartridge in a system that we were not able to identify the name brand. We ended up removing the tile and replacing the entire body of the shower system. We purchased a Casainc system because it was very reasonably priced and almost identical to the system we needed to replace. The plumber tried to sell us a Delta or Kohler system at a high price and big profit for the plumber, but he agreed to install our Casainc system. The plumber had no problem replacing our old system. Everything worked out beautifully. We have a rain shower, jets and a wand. As a precaution, I purchased extra cartridges for the future that we may never use, but just in case because of hard water issues. I would highly recommend using Casainc. The customer service was excellent. They followed through with phone calls and text messages when I had questions. Don’t hesitate to buy anything from this company!

I contacted the department regarding a technical issue with the spiral handheld cord of a shower set I purchased in 2024. Although the item was technically outside of the warranty period, I had the pleasure of working with Jovy, who handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Through diligent coordination with management and a thorough check of their inventory, Jovy successfully secured an out-of-warranty replacement for me. I am delighted to share that the company is issuing a new cord at no additional cost.

I bought CASAINC touchless kitchen faucet on Amazon and used it for the last couple of years. It was easy to install. The faucet is very elegant and modern. I like that it has sensor on the side of the base that prevents false triggering when I use it. Recently I contacted the company with few questions about the faucet operation and customer service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this faucet to my friends and family.

I purchased the #M6066-A-10-MB shower system (rain shower). It works great and the wand is very handy for showering and cleaning. It looks very good and the valves work well. Very satisfied.

I have two rainshower systems that I absolutely love. They installed easily and make a statement in my bathroom and in the bathroom if a rental I own. Guests absolutely love them in my rental property and I love how clean and neat they look a year later.

I purchased a outside umbrella from your company and its falling apart. The material is so cheap it cant withstand the sun. I've only had this umbrella barely 3 years.
I purchased a umbrella at home depot 10 years ago and it is still in excellent condition. I wanted to purchase this one from your company because of the length. Never do that again

I installed the shower system in our spare bathroom in a muted black. It looks beautiful, but after some time the wand started to peel. I reached out to customer service and they were very kind to replace it. I’m looking forward to getting the new piece soon.
