Advertised price compared to booking price.
Why advertise an apartment in Gran Canaria for seven days at £29 per night and when you go to book the price changes to over £300 per night. Why??

Dreadful service
Dreadful service - booked apartment in France - stunning location - everything went down hill - waiting three hours for agent to deliver keys was a bad start - as flat was not as described ( no oven ) and in honesty was in a state of dangerous disrepair ( balcony sun shade hanging on one bracket etc ) - not cleaned after last guest departed - told clean it yourself and we refund cleaning fees - of course no money was returned !!) - curtains thrown on floor - leaking washing machine - filthy balcony - badly stained upholstery etc - broken bed.
Immediately complained and heard nothing - nothing for two months !! Zilch
We raised a charge back and Revolut got us a full refund - we would never use them again

Terrible scam site, felt like being robbed
Terrible, effectively a scam. Do not book with them, customers were not protected at all. CS response on complaint were sparse and not helpful, they just pushed the responsibility to the downstream partners saying they're not in control, and left you the customer bear their administrative problems. We are trying to work with the credit card company for reverse charge, terrible and dishonest business.
We only realised all critical decision factors changed unexpectedly post booking, yet we were not even had a chance to make an informed decision either reject / accept when the booking condition changed:
1. PRICE CHANGED from €767.45 to €807.45 unexpectedly
2. CANCELLATION POLICY CHANGED, originally advertised to have 99% refund option and changed to 70% refund post booking
3. False advertisement of a shitty property as stunning.
We demand a cancellation with full refund and they had been ignoring us.
There were multiple different booking reference, I included all from Casamundo and partners for completeness.

Don't use
Found the site easy to use and book from.
Although it could be clear what the next step is once you have book, I have confirmation but no contact with directions if how to access the property.
Update, do not use this company, I misunderstood the cancellation policy, even though I ask to reinstate the booking I lost all my money because they wouldn't do it.

Good site but international payments made it a more expensive booking than quoted on website.
Very easy to assess availability and book accommodation, however payment was more difficult. A couple of my banking providers didn’t have the facility to make international payments and once a suitable option was found I incurred charges and the amount in GBP was significantly more than shown on website as payment had to be made in Euros.
I have made a booking for an apartment…
I have made a booking for an apartment in Prai da Luz Portugal for the first week of August. I paid the balance payment of €900 that was outstanding and received no confirmation by email that it has been received. My booking appears to say that the monies are still due. I have made several attempts at contacting them to confirm receipt of the monies and requested an urgent reply. The telephone line is no longer working and I am getting no replies to email at their general info box email address. Very stressful as monies were sent, flights are booked and they still have not confirmed the booking or payment in full.

No contact no help and possibly no booking
Have booked an apartment and received initial booking ref but heard nothing further. Emailed 3 times no response with a week to go to the booking. No answer on phone. No idea if we have a booking, where to go or who to contact. Now have to decide to book something else with a reliable agent or chance that it will happen. Terrible service do not use. Now have the hassle of doing a reverse charge.

Made a booking with this site for Europe accommodation 2 months ahead. Booking accepted and confirmed by email. A few days later I got this

The host has recently informed us that due to a delay in updating the rates, the price shown to you €117.33 is, unfortunately, not correct. The host could only accept your reservation if the price is €277.93 (because it is a high season of the year).
We would like to ask if it is possible for you to cover the price difference to keep your reservation.
When I refused and with customer service pretending to play good cop, I got this
As a result, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel the booking on our system and provide a full refund in case payment is completed. We have made every effort to find alternative properties for you, but unfortunately, none are available at this stage.

Avoid Casamundo…
I googled a cottage for rent and booked it, not realising that I had gone through Casamundo. I subsequently got an e-mail from Sykes cottages slapping a booking fee on me. I had no idea there was a booking fee and no idea I had gone through the Sykes cottages web site. This is a total con. Had I known I was going through Sykes cottages I would have gone direct and realised that I had to pay a booking fee. Beware if you see the word Casamundo on any listing you are viewing and avoid!

Scam
I tried to book an accommodation with casamundo. They sent me an invoice, but when I read the terms and condition of cancelation we would have to pay 20% of the complete value if we cancel during the 61 days before. I decided not to go ahead as I had not paid yet. Now they want me to pay the 270€ just for the fact that they send me an invoice for the payment of the property. That is very new for me.
