I went through their online booking, which quoted me a firm $184 total for a one-time standard clean and showed open slots. When Carlos called me back, the rate was suddenly changed — a different price than what their own website quoted — with no clear explanation for the increase. The whole appointment process felt like a bait-and-switch: one price online to get you in, another on the phone.
This sudden rate change, along with the lack of clear communication, was handled very unprofessionally. I expect transparency and professionalism from a cleaning company, and Casa Pristine showed neither. I will not be using them, and I'd warn anyone booking through their site to get the final price in writing before trusting their online quote.
