Terrible returns process

Terrible returns process - you have to log a request via the online portal. You don't get e-mail notifications when your request has been responded to so have to chase via e-mail. A pdf Notice of Contract Cancellation is then sent to you which you have to scan, complete and return before your return is accepted. Only then can you send back (at your own expense). I really like the products but the returns process is more hassle than its worth.
