Just back from our second dental trip to Turkey.
We was so lucky to get introduced to a co- ordinator called Emel, a truley caring and warm person who puts your mind at ease, makes you feel very welcome, informed and relaxed the trip would not have been the same without her.Must mention my Dentist Guary i have never met such a nice dentist always greeting you with a big smile and makes you feel at ease.Anyone looking for dental treatment you must check these guys out.

Had a good look at Turkey implants as I was unhappy with the British dental system and associated costs. Me and a friend chose Casas clinic as they had good reviews and gave us a good price for upper and lower jaw implants. This consistented of 2 visits 3 month's apart. I'm so happy with the final results and would like to thank 2 amazing people. My dentist was garie from asya clinic, so skillful friendly and professional, definitely put some of our British to shame. Secondly was our amazing coordinator Emel, whom I can only say is a real credit to her company, she made the whole experience to remember. This girl is professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help you. Thank you so much Emel for all your efforts. So if you are thinking about Turkey teeth, would definitely recommend this company.

A totally professional clinic. Both visits have been a joy to behold. The quality of work and care leaves the UK and mile in it's rear view mirror. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough. 109% safe.

THIS IS NOT A DENTIST OR A CLINIC.. it’s a company of reps that work with the clinics to push the prices up to take your money.
I arrived on Monday and was met with vip transport with no air conditioning. Taken to my hotel… but a back street hotel not the one I was sent pictures of , promising a pool and 4 stars. Unfortunately I received 2 stars. Was taken to the clinic and after the examination my bill went from £4700 to £11,700 , spent 12 hours sitting in the clinic to be seen at 11:30 pm and finished at 2 am … was in pain and no after care . Sat in my room for 2 days… on my last day I waited outside the hotel for my promised VIP Transport that never arrived, so ordered my own taxi so I did not miss my flight home. Terrible experience and hope no one will experience what I did . I asked for my scan and X-rays, that I paid for and they refused. At present I paid £4000 for 1 hours work and will not be going back. Be careful of the sales reps as dose not stop telling lies. They will tell you so many lies that you can’t believe anything. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.Lucky I work for the BBC And this is not the end , will up date DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL DUPE YOU.

OMG iv just seen your reply that you have never heard of me … another big fat lie of yours. I have proof of payment by debit card, documents from the clinic. Do you really want me to forward all this to trust pilot. I will give you 24 hours to review and revise before I complain to Trust Pilot . I so hope people are reading this. Again shows what a poor service you offer and a joke of a company who can’t remember one of your own clients from just a week a go. You have just phoned me from the clinic and your still saying YOU DONT KNOW WHO I AM.

At no point have you mentioned a refund for anything and I will not be excepting any excursions from you as the ones promised in the original package did not seem to exist. It’s not for me to complain about my hotel. If you promise a client a hotel on the beach and it was to become unavailable it’s your responsibility to inform your client and discuss agreed arrangements. As to date I have still not received my 3D scan or X-rays . I asked for the hard copies,, not a link that can’t be opened.further more reading your other reviews on here make very interesting reading as people who view them will notice this is not a one off compliment but seems to be an everyday occurrence of the way you run your business yes business not a clinic as you advertise. I so hope this reaches many people and prey no one else makes the mistake of falling in to your web to be duped.

Amazingly after all this time Casas Clinics contacted me again, stating they are under new management and would like to compersate for my miss treatment. I was offered £300 to remove my review from Trust Pilot. Iv decided to decline and save people my miss fortune. To date 96 people have read my truthful review. If your reading this I have helped and saved someone else .AS YOU WILL SEE IN OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY OFFER A £300 PAYMENT FOR YOU TO REMOVE YOUR REVIEW JUST TO HIDE SOME OF PEOPLES SAD HORROR STORIES OF TREATMENT AND OVERCHARGING EXTORTIONATE AMOUNTS OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Terrible experience with Casas Clinic. It was absolutely shocking! I want to point out that CASAS is an agent and that when I went for my own dental treatment, I was referred to Dentaglow, and that was the reason I recommended my mother-in-law to go there in the first place. If you can book directly with Dentaglow, I highly recommend it. However, I strongly advise against going to Casas Clinic for the following reasons.

My mother-in-law and I were placed in a filthy hotel after being promised luxury treatment. We felt very uncomfortable and the hotel had a strong odor. They did agree to move us to a different hotel the next day, but only after a lot of back-and-forth until midnight. This may have been a cost-cutting measure for the clinic.

Secondly, they treated my mother-in-law poorly, were rude and unprofessional, and seemed to have no compassion. They changed the treatment plan when she said she needed time to think about it and pressured her to decide on the spot, despite being quoted more than £3,000 pounds over the original cost.

To make matters worse, once she declined treatment, we decided to pay for our own hotel stay and fly back home the next day. They then tried to say that we were not permitted to stay in the new hotel despite paying the cost ourselves, and demanded we pay an additional £500 pounds. This was all lies because we had not checked out, and we were dealing with the hotel directly. It was a traumatic and stressful experience.

I explained that I was pregnant and there to support my mother-in-law with her treatment. I was disgusted and appalled that they would treat people this way, especially after traveling all the way from the UK to receive such substandard service. I asked to speak with management several times but was ignored.

They are very quick to respond when they want you to pay a deposit and book your appointment. But when it comes to actually going there, they do not communicate properly, overpromise, and underdeliver. We ended up completely out of pocket and it was a complete waste of time.
Overall, I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to avoid it!!!

After a long time thinking about having these procedures done, I came across Casas Clinics on Facebook. I felt very nervous, especially as it would involve travelling abroad but the clinic was very professional which made me feel reassured. After a lot of thinking about it I decided to go for it and I am so glad that I did. Casas Clinics looked after me so well answering all of my questions before I committed to going ahead and the excellent care continued when I arrived in Antalya in Turkey. My Mum was even allowed to come with me to stay in the hotel and at the clinic when I was staying there after my procedure which was included in the cost. Everything was very well organised and I was allocated my own personal consultant called Emel who was brilliant throughout my stay, she really went above and beyond making sure I was feeling OK and that both myself and my Mum had everything that we needed. The accommodation was really nice - it was on a bed and breakfast basis but had the option to upgrade to all inclusive for an additional cost of 30 Euro's per room per day which was great value. The healthcare I received was fantastic throughout. The surgeon I had was very supportive and I had a lot of contact with him in the days following my gastric sleeve operation to make sure that everything was OK and that I was recovering as expected. Now that I am back in the UK and 3 weeks on I am losing weight as planned and my confidence has increased as my teeth now look great. If you are thinking of having similar something done I cannot recommend Casas Clinics highly enough as they have delivered everything they said they would to me in a very professional and courteous way. I feel very lucky to have come across such a great clinic so if you are seriously thinking about having work done my advice to you is to just go for it, you will be really glad that you did just as I am!

Our experience was made great due to Emel our translator and Co ordinator with clinic. The procedure was simple and complication free which was good. But the hotel originally booked for our stay was described as 5 star…it wasn’t it was downtrodden and needing upgraded. If it wasn’t for Emel who ensured my husband and I were moved to a much more enjoyable and comfortable hotel, I would have hated the experience. She went over and above her job role. We are so grateful for her working so hard to ensure we were happy without asking for anything for herself. She is a true gem and should be appreciated by Casal Clinic as she ensured that I will recommend the Clinic to friends and family.

We were looked after by Mel the coordinator from start to finish of treatment, lovely lady.made our stay wonderful I'm very happy with my teeth, dentist was fantastic, thank you all so much 😀. Highly recommended.

When I decided to have this surgery in Turkey, the 2 most important things for me to consider were the reputation of the Surgeon and the Customer Care. This Company have by far exceeded my expectations by supporting me from the moment I enquired about the surgery.
I travelled with friends in January and unfortunately the Surgery could not be performed on me because following very stringent tests they found an infection in my Esophagus. Dr Samet Yardimci explained this could be very dangerous if he was to perform the surgery but following a course of antibiotics I could return at the end of March and have the surgery.
I came alone the 2nd time and met up with another patient so it made the travel so much easier. As soon as we arrived at the hospital the Rep met us and checked us in. We were taken to our rooms which are in-fact like hotel rooms and started our journey of tests prior to the surgery. Everything ran smoothly and the Reps, Nida, Balla & Mevce were here to help with translation and any queries. The care from this hospital and Casas Clinic has been very good and I have been at ease throughout the process. I would recommend the Surgeon, Dr Samet & also Dr Yahya are both brilliant and professional at all times (and both very handsome) and the Reps are my new best friends.

From the moment I stated enquiring was given good adivice and information. Arriving in Antayla we were picked up and taken straight to the hospital. And the tests started. Can not fault the doctor Kagan Bilge or Yagmur Eda and Emel for all there support.

Professional and competent Clinic. Before I went to Izmir we thoroughly discussed the entire treatment journey and price (25 zircorium crowns). All completed within 6 days. It turned out that I had to have 3 root canals done, and it was free of charge!!
Free 5 nights accommodation in a good hotel including breakfast. VIP transport from /to Airport, clinic and hotel.
I was looked after by SEREN who, despite being very busy, is always there and on the phone if needed. Always positive, friendly and with a professional approach, even though many customers are unpleasant. She is always happy to help.

I trusted Casas with booking my small procedure hotel and transfers and I’m so pleased I did, they found a fantastic surgeon him and his team were incredibly. I stayed at a lovely all incisive 5 star hotel. The transportation Casas use for all transfers is pure luxury. Emel was my patient liaison she is so friendly and supportive always smiling, she was there all the way through my journey stayed by my side in the hospital this lady is amazing. Thank you Emel for everything.

I was interested in the ads I saw on social media and filled out the form to get information. Then they made the information by texting me right away. I wanted 10+10 zirconium coating. i sent photos of my teeth and i was made proper planning. i then received permission to be treated from my workplace. I took my plane ticket and passed it to Esra, the sales representative, and my journey began. When I came to Izmir, they met with the vip car and made me access to the hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful, and I admired Turkish food. I went to the dental clinic and I was filming at x ray, and then my treatment started with my doctor. The doctor was very interested and helpful, informed me about everything. Thanks to Casas Clinics, I had white and beautiful teeth as I wanted. Thank you, Casas!🤩

Everything from the first contact, to the day of my return was brilliant!!

The team is very, very professional, Seren and Ece where in contact with me throughout the process (from first photos taken to landing in Turkey) and even helped with finding suitable airline tickets at the time. Any queries or questions where handled with great care.

I got picked up from the airport on arrival and taken to the hotel. The next morning I was greeted by the driver (very friendly Lady) and taken to the Dentist where I was met by, yet again, a very friendly and professional staff.

As an overall experience, I cannot recommend them enough, it was 100% worth the trip and excited to go back.
