Great customer service.Prompt response to queries and listened to my concerns on delivery and found a work around. iPad cover is good quality and well made.

I am thoroughly impressed with Casemade! Not only is the leather product high quality and looks/feels amazing, but their customer service is top-tier. I needed to replace an item, and they handled it without any issues at all—so easy to work with. On top of that, they have great coupon availability, super-fast free delivery, and very quick email responses. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Highly recommended!

I have had several iterations of the iPad since the first-generation model was released some years ago, and during this time have tried a number of leather iPad cases. In my view, the Casemade case is by far the best – it looks great and is beautifully and precisely made, the leather is high quality, soft and hard wearing and, importantly, it provides very effective protection for my iPad. I would also add that Casemade’s customer care is really impressive - in a world where customer services are often outsourced and remote, or where the first line response in managed by AI, it is fantastic to deal with a company whose customer services are readily accessible, responsive, genuinely helpful and provided by real people! I would highly recommend Casemade if you are in the market for a premium quality iPad case.

Not only excellent products, but the company has great customer service. Resonded quickly to a product issue and provided an immediate replacement.

Worth the wait. I ordered a case for my new iPad m4 which was on back order as the iPad had only just been released. Well worth waiting for as it’s stunning quality. I was kept informed of delivery too.

Superb quality and service. I unfortunately ordered the wrong one for my iPad, but Tom was very helpful in identifying the problem. Alex, the co-owner, then allowed me to exchange my case for the correct one free of charge. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted! I bought a case for my new iPad and cases for mine and my husband’s iPhones, there are excellent leather, beautifully made and really good value for money. We are so pleased to have found this company and we’re delighted to throw competitor products in the bin when we saw the quality of these.
