I actually cannot fault this site. Due to being a clumsy so and so, I have been prone to dropping my phone so, for the past 3 years, I have been buying the heavy duty case (which really does insulate your dog and bone well). I buy 2 every year, one for me and one for my son, and we have new designs every 12 months.

The prices can be a little steep compared to some sellers on Ebay, but you can customise the image yourself, it ships free and the cases are durable.

Quality stuff and they have always delivered a good product!

Painfully slow. Far from the 5-10 days form ordering. Slow customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible service, placed an order for a phone case. The order confirmation stated that the items would be shipped within 2-4 days, but it's now been 8 business days and still hasn't been sent. When I check the order status, it is still sitting at "Processing order."
No phone number to contact and emails and contact via website form have gone unanswered.
I can understand a delay in manufacturing and delivery, but no information or reponse is extremely frustrating. I have a new phone and need a case to protect it. With no information I'm in limbo about what to do.

Avoid this company as they partner with Evri in the UK. 3 weeks and counting, no movement in tracking from Evri. No idea if the product is any good. Little hope of seeing it soon. Unfortunately it was a birthday present. At this rate it might make a good Christmas present. In 2028.

Case 24 sent me a new case without charge following my review on this site. So good for them for following up even if it was a month late for the intended birthday present. Shame I couldn’t feedback directly. I still would not recommend this company while they partner with Evri. If that changes I would reconsider using them.

My phone case feels really solid and firm, just the sort of protection I was after.
The picture I selected has come out really well, I love it.

Amazing quality, great selection of cases and phones to choose from. Highly recommend. My MIL was delighted with her personalised phone cover of her grandchildren

Shipping was very slow, taking over two weeks to reach me in the UK.

Materials used feel cheap and not of the best quality. Printing is not finished well, with gaps in the ink. Dirty, sticky finger marks are present on the inside of the cover.

On the plus side, the case does fit the device properly, and the print is of a decent quality.

The case is everything described on Case24 website well made heavy duty Impact Case.
Design picture i choose was nicely printed colour's vibrant.

Customer Service excellent.

Shipping to Canada is slow due to Customs & Canada Post Delivery it takes a month unfortunately only issue.

Bought a custom IPad case for my dad’s birthday. The picture on the website showed a clear images and it all looked good. When mine arrived it was clear it was cheap material which was awful but also the image on the front was so badly faded you could barely see what it was. I contacted them and they said the image was faded because of the material of the case. I replied back to them with a picture of the case and they never responded to me. Worst £25 I’ve ever spent and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Bad product even worse support team.

Bought a phone case for my Pixel9a, I wanted a design I couldn't find online so I made one myself and ordered it from Case24. So far, it's been complete radio silence on the progress of the delivery. An update was made that says a label was made and it was awaiting USPS. No tracking code was given. I emailed customer service and they did not respond.

i have not received my case it has been 7 days and i haven’t gotten any email about it it dosent even say processing

Excellent product, but I would not have bought it had I known EVRI were to deliver it. It was ordered on 3rd August, completed on 7th, and delivery took seven days, I could have walked there!

I order a case July 28 for my son's birthday, I sent a order number back and still waiting after it said it was shipped again. I like to know where the hell it is or want a refund. Kathleen Pereira August 27 another day still waiting , if I don't get it by tomorrow I want a refund.
