Terrible customer service

72 hours to process the order, fine. Followed by two weeks of receiving incorrect shipping info and having no idea when the case would arrive, during which in time I ordered another case from a different vendor which arrived before my casebus order. I tried to return it, unopened and unused, which there website claims is acceptable as per their policy. Return request was promptly denied. They offered me a $5 compensation on a $50 case. Customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Great product and great service - I love it!

Great product and great service! I bought an iPad case/cover customized with a photo I uploaded. The order process was easy and clear. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. They mailed me after my order was accepted and checked that I had ordered the correct size. When I advised my device, they corrected my order and let me know the approximate shipping date. The product shipped when they said it would. When it arrived I was delighted! The photo rendering on the case cover was perfect and the overall product is excellent quality and beautiful!

Beware of Product Descriptions

Ordered an IPad case where the description said it charged the Apple pen. Received the product and it didn’t charge it at all. Should have found this website before purchasing. It costs way more to return it to China, than it does to even buy it. What a waste of money!

I ordered a phone case from this company and in the picture of the case it showed it was a full body case covers front and back when it arrived it it was just a back cover so ive emailed them and they said the case you ordered was just a back cover i sent them a picture of the case theu said i have git the right one to read the discription so i did andit did say it would only cover the back not xlearly but it did so i sent them a screen shot of the picture they had on there website which shows it covering front and back so i asked could i get an exchange on the case for the one i wanted they told me i would have to pay and exchsnge rate of £8.99 whici thi k is tottally wrong this is really false advertising why would they have a despription of fitting there case covering fromt and back i would akso have to pay postal and packaging i would avoid this company as you never know whst your going to receive and you wont get no help if its wrong i know i shoulx read it properly however this is a mistake both sides i didnt want a refund just an exchange lesson learned

AWFUL ALL AROUND! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR EASY RETURN/REFUND POLICY

I ordered 2 cases before Christmas. They arrived at the end of the year. I immediately asked for a refund due to the lateness of the delivery as I had already gotten a case for my S25 Ultra. from the beginning I got the run-around. First, "we will replace, but send $$ to do so". Then, return the product to China -AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. I initiated a claim through Paypal and nothing has changed in Casebus responses. EXCEPT they gave a return address written in CHINESE and said they "would refund when they received the items back". I escalated my claim with Paypal today - but quite frankly don't expect to see my $69+ returned. And because Casebus correspondence has been so IFFY, I have decided NOT TO WASTE MORE MONEY TRYING TO GET MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT BACK. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Bought a leather case for a Samsung 25 for my wife to replace the PU leather one I got from Amazon and what a mistake. we receive the similar or very look alike case except for the price: Amazon $16 and Case bus $62. a rip off if I ever saw one, not to mention the time it took Amazon 2 days, Casebus 4 weeks from order. Do yourself a favor, do no shop Casebus or China

Misleading shop

Misleading shop. It is not transparent that items are shipped from China.
Chaotic and unreliable tracking, causing major uncertainty.
The product arrived defective. Customer service was unhelpful and evasive. Returns were only possible to China, without a return label, with costs pushed onto the customer.
Without PayPal goodwill, I would have been left with a broken product.
Unprofessional, intransparent, customer-unfriendly. Do not order.

DON'T BUY . PURE CHEAP CRAP!!

Cheap crap , I dropped my phone from the sofa onto carpet and the magnets that "hold"the case into place literally fell out. The case doesn't even fit correctly allows dustband moisture inside and i had to wait 3 weeks and pay over £30 for a piece of cheap crap that lasted 3 DAYS! , I can understand if the phone was dropped from a height onto a hard surface, but the phone slipped off the sofa onto carpet . Absolute waste of money

Dealing with casebus was a fiasco

Dealing with case bus was a fiasco. I ordered a couple of cases to try and figure out the right one having been assured that I could return them. When I went to return them, I was told that I had to return them to China. As I bought the number of cases, I Undertook send them to China for another $50 only to have it rejected and send it back to me.
My wife ordered a single case for her iPad She was very happy with. I would not deal with them again, however.

I asked for a refund due to the product not even being able to be used in Australian plugs and I also realised the charger plug doesn't fit our phones. So after an email they said I could keep the product but I needed to pay $30:99 refund fee. This company is misleading and I have never heard of such a huge fee.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Please do not order from this company... the cases are shocking quality. When you try to return your offered an exchange for an equally poor quality case or a £5 refund against your original price of £25plus case. The company will email politely but skirt around you returning the case and will try all kinds of tricks to discourage you from getting a full refund. I do not know how they are still allowed to be a functioning company. AVOID at all costs

I am genuinely shocked that this company is even in business.
I ordered a phone case that looked nothing like the photos advertised. What arrived was cheap, flimsy, and embarrassingly poor quality — not a ridiculously overpriced product.
When I contacted customer service Waterproof NO, Tempered Glass NO, Fingerprint Regunition NO Sound Quailty NO - and trying to return the item was made as awkward and inconvenient as possible, clearly designed to discourage customers from sending faulty items back. YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM TO CHINA AT YOUR COST £17

Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I will never purchase from here again and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.
They sell products that aren’t what the description says they are. And their customer support sucks !!! Never buy from Casebus!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience.This product does not support fingerprint recognition. Could you please use facial recognition or a password?
Our technical team suggests reinstalling the device into the case from the side to ensure that all ports and toggle switches are properly aligned. This can improve sound quality. Another option to consider is opening the charging port, as this will enable sound to travel within and outside of the case.
We understand the sound loss challenge with the waterproof design, as this case is completely sealed. This is a common concern for all waterproof/completely sealed cases on the market. Our tech team is working on future enhancements that we hope will address the sound concerns.

My husband purchased my 3rd phone case…

My husband purchased my 3rd phone case in less than 3yrs. My 1st one lasted 16-18mos, the 2nd 6-7mo now I have my 3rd. Both of the earlier ones peeled off until the cover looked like it had some kind of disease. When he called back the second one they told him to ship it back to China at his expense. He keeps on buying them for me because he knows how much I like them. I only wish that they used better material in the construction of the phonecase.

⭐ ONE STAR – AND THAT’S BEING GENEROUS ⭐
I am genuinely shocked that this company is even in business.
I ordered a phone case that looked nothing like the photos advertised. What arrived was cheap, flimsy, and embarrassingly poor quality — honestly something you’d expect from a bargain bin, not a ridiculously overpriced product.
When I contacted customer service (if you can even call it that), I was met with the worst attitude and zero accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to fob me off with a partial refund — for a product that is completely unusable. Absolutely laughable.
Returning the item was made as awkward and inconvenient as possible, clearly designed to discourage customers from sending faulty items back. Huge red flag.
This company is charging premium prices for products that do NOT match their photos, do NOT meet basic quality standards, and come with appalling customer service once they already have your money.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I will never purchase from here again and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.
