I bought some stools that were made to order and after waiting 6 weeks for them to be delivered two of them were the incorrect colour, not sure how this happened if they were made to order, return transaction was not as smooth as it could have been.

I can’t fault the experience when buying a very nice ,outside dining table from the guys at Case furniture.

Chairs been shipped from UK to Germany in a breeze. Crates in top condition, the content perfectly wrapped and immaculate as the company’s pre- and aftersales service & communication. The chairs are even more beautiful than on the pictures on their webpage. In particular all the details that tell about the great craftsmanship and unique design down to the screws been a real surprise.

Our stool is beautiful and in top quality - exactly as described. Customer was service and communication was excellent, and delivery was prompt.

Lovely table, excellent build quality and we especially like the fact that you can hide the table extensions within the table...this was not possible on other tables of similar prices that we considered. Delivery service was great too, no complaints.

I purchased a Robin Day chair from Case after a Google search as John Lewis didn't have it.
I knew upfront it was delayed but there was excellent communication throughout and when the chair arrived it was excellent.

Superb service, quick responses, moved our delivery up as we needed the stools earlier. And the product is also great, we searched hours trying to find the right product, and these fit the bill, and are great quality.
