Amazing customer service.
I needed a halogen bulb urgently before I went away - I ordered next day delivery for an order over the weekend when I couldn't locate the bulb locally. Fedex let me down and, come Tuesday, the order didn't even look as though it had been processed. I phoned and was assured the bulb had been dispatched, it should be with me by 10pm. It wasn't. That night I emailed - very frustrated and worried. John phoned me first thing in the morning, arranged for the refund for the next day delivery and told me if I didn't have the bulb by 3pm to call and he'd get another one to me by a different carrier. By 3.35pm I called and he got right onto getting a new one to me via special delivery. At 4.03pm Fedex had delivered. An incredibly stressful time but really remedied by John's assurances and making alternative arrangements to make sure that I got what I needed by the time I needed it. Thank you so very much.

Had problems trying to find specific candle bulbs have no hesitation in recommending Company, John kept in touch and was very helpful even although my order wasn't a big one.

Ordered before Christmas. Still not received. Attempted to contact with "contact us" form on website. No response. Emailed directly to their official email address 29th January. Still nothing.

I bought some GU10 35W spotlight bulbs - each lasted about 6 weeks - dreadful!
Update: Last bulb only lasted a week!
Further update: The very last bulb from my order of this type of bulb ordered, only lasted four days!!!!!! - never buy from this company again. The spotlight bulbs came in an unbranded box which speaks volumes.

I approached them for help to source a certain type of bulb (to fit some fairground lights). They asked for photos, which I duly sent.
Then nothing. I emailed. No response. I tried from a different email and again, no response.
That's fine, it's your choice if you want to be rude, ignorant and unhelpful. But it's my choice if I want to publically call you out for it.
