Had a horrible experience

Had a horrible experience while buying from this seller. I bought the TechWoven case for the iPhone 17 Pro.

The quality of the case was very average for the price of ₹2,000. Moreover, the buttons felt so cheap and weren't even cut out for the case. I would not have given more than ₹500 for the case if I had purchased it in-store.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. The seller wouldn't refund or exchange the case, even though their website clearly mentions a return policy, which I complied with. The seller stopped responding to me after one day and ignored me completely.

Will never buy from here again.
