Really well put together and very entertaining loved how it was on theme for Christmas too. Will definitely buy more from them

Delivered as promised. Not played yet as purchased as Christmas presents.

So disappointed with this. I bought 2 and now feel that they were a waste of money and they were not cheap :-(

Bought for Christmas but due to sickness and then everyone's busy calendars we have only just got round to playing. Arranged a special night with our regular games night group. We all quiz twice a week, do escape rooms, mystery walking tours and the like and thought we would smash this. How wrong we were!

It was not really clear what we had to do. We all seemed to be going round in circles. The structure of the game was very discombobulated. After an hour we were all so bored that we gave up.

It was not at all like we were expecting and as I said these games are not cheap! I was quite embarrassed as we did not get the fun Murder Mystery Night I had envisioned.

The two I bought were A Christmas to Die For and Killer Christmas Party.

We found this game really disappointing. There were multiple plot holes and key witness statements seemed to be missing, which made it difficult to follow the story properly.

Some of the handwritten notes sent us down rabbit holes that didn’t lead anywhere or add anything meaningful to the investigation. It felt more confusing than clever. We were also left wondering how we were supposed to interpret certain elements—like the codes in the shopping log—or determine whether witnesses were corroborating each other’s stories, as lots of that information wasnt actually provided.

My husband and I are big fans of murder mystery games and have previously used Cryptic Killers, which we’ve always found well thought out, engaging and extremely clever. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t live up to that standard.

In the end, the solution felt rushed and underdeveloped, with very little information actually pointing to the real killer. It all felt quite weak and a waste of time, with a particularly disappointing ending.

Overall, it felt like a waste of over four hours. We won’t be using Cases and Clues again.

Fantastic Easter break entertainment for the family. Well thought out detective games with interactive elements.

Really thought provoking exercise and a worthy alternative to other pastimes.

The material provided and online made the experience very easy to navigate and made for some quality family time

Didn't enjoy it at all very boring and tedious and don't think it was worth the money at all because it's just bits of paper. Was hoping to make G in our Alphabet dating a fun one but both were unimpressed by the end of it.

Purchased a bulk deal of 5 games. Arrived by post within a few days. Have created a group of fellow detectives that meets monthly to play and socialise. Have so far played 2 of the 5 games and everyone enjoys the challenge

The product was great and provided a really fun evening and afternoon of entertainment for us. However, I didn’t receive an order confirmation email so was left wondering if the order had actually gone through despite an order number being generated on the screen. Contacting the company was confusing with various google forms and unclear emails which I found difficult to navigate. Despite the administrative challenges I would order again as the product was well thought out and we really enjoyed it.

Easy to order, was kept up to date via email every step of the way with details of tracking and delivery
Will use again if opportunity arises

Killing in cold blood
Played with friends - very disappointing end as there’s no factual evidence to substantiate what the game says happened (the murder..) vs what actually happened. Key evidence that is then ‘amended’ is a poor/lazy attempt to spice up the game. Also - some other key points just don’t make sense (timeline…) or are left unanswered…

Fun night in

The pack arrived in good time. The difficulty level was just right. The only thing that would take it from good to great is clearer instructions about the stages at which we were to open/unlock each set of clues. E.g. different envelopes for stage 1, 2, 3 with the reveal.

We found it a little easy so may need to pick a more difficult one next time but it was fun to do and it was lovely to have something different to do on a Saturday night in. I'd recommend it.
