After I ordered i recieved an email to say you have my order and I will be emailed again on dospatch, after a few days I checked to see it had been cancelled but I was still charged this was quickly rectified once I reached out and recieved my game the following day.

On playing the game we struggled to use anything online (assuming servers were overloaded with everyone playing.)

I did comment on Facebook aswell as a lot of other people saying the same thing but did state it's probably the servers overloaded no big issue we can try another day. I have since then been blocked on clues and cases page as my wife is able to find and follow the page.

The delivery was super quick and presentation was lovely. We have done many escape room/ investigation games and found this one to have a bit too much reading to really remember the key points. The digital side was a nice inclusion. I just don’t think this game presentation was for us.

I liked the concept and it arrived in good time and the physical items provided were varied and of good quality. However the actual game was frustrating and disappointing, mainly due to non of the online links working. I imagine it was due to it being valentines night but ruined the experience and we had to give up.

Terrible company. Bought a case that arrived with a missing key piece, making it unplayable. Support were inconsistent, refused to acknowledge the fault, and tried to make me pay return postage despite the item being incomplete. The website was also down for most of valentines evening which again made it unplayable not once but twice! Very disappointing experience overall

Ordered for valentines evening with my wife as its something we love doing. Delivery was quick and packed nicely.
Problems started on valentines when we decided to give the game a go. Websites wouldnt load meaning couldn't progress. Apparently to due high demand.. could've been foreseen with numbers sold! Had to finish next evening when server demand wasnt there!

If you want a fun date or family night, this will be your new go-to game! The variety of evidence, clues and storyline offer you mental stimulation and the suspense and anticipation to find the killer/offender cannot be described. Thank you for the excellent service, quick delivery and incredible product! Keep up the good work!

Had an issue (of my own making) so emailed them to rectify and they went above and beyond to fix it, really impressed! We've not got round to playing yet but customer service is great

Loved the actual game but was very slow sometimes couldn't get onto the website for the clues etc so was hard in that sense

Just finished solving this case. Great attention to detail, really interactive and got our brains working harder than some of the other similar products we’ve tried. Would recommend.

Really great product, my husband and I enjoyed a rare date night on valentines and solved one of the cases. Brilliant idea for a night in and something a bit different, made it feel like a night out in the comfort of our own home.

The game was good but let down by the time taken to respond to emails. It said in the game you would get immediate responses as it is part of the game, it took almost 4 hours by which time it was midnight and we had given up.

This is such a great constructive game which involves everyone. There is high levels of details and enjoyable.

Great activity and had lots of fun. There was an issue with their servers as they didn't expect so many people to go on on valentine's day! But this was fixed the next day and gave us double points. Would recommend

Really great game - I bought the game with one upgrade. Unfortunately the email address for more clues didn’t get back to us so we were missing vital information to name the correct killer.
