The repair was excellent
The repair was excellent! The cashier asked if I wanted a screen protector.. I replied “no”.. she gave me one anyway & charged me $35 for it..
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Similar to other reviews, signed up for the "free" 7 day trial, and immediately found the system to no do what it was advertised as doing. Took a few days to find a email address for support, and yet, the 7 day rolls by, no contact back, and I was charged.
- AI service didn't do as advertised.
- Zero way to cancel before the 7 days is up via the website.
- Zero customer service.
- Suspect it's just a scam.
I signed up for a trial at Caseway.ai on August 9, 2025. Within two days (August 11), I emailed their publicly listed support address requesting instructions to cancel the trial. I received no response. Despite giving notice well before the trial ended, my card was charged USD 49.99 on August 16.
The website provides no option to cancel a trial, no way to remove your credit card, and no functioning customer support. Once you enter your payment details, you are effectively trapped.
This is a classic negative option billing scheme – a practice that is unethical and contrary to basic consumer protection standards. Customers should be able to freely cancel a trial or remove their payment details, but Caseway deliberately prevents this.
I strongly advise others to avoid providing payment information to this website, as it appears to operate with deceptive practices.
