Casey’s has become last choice for me

Twice in a row I’ve pulled a cup from the small cup dispenser and it has been short almost 2 inches. Today I asked the manager what I’m doing wrong here. She finds it to be my mistake as the cup says medium. I’m in a hurry. I’m not finding the size written on my cup. She should have just said “They are stocked wrong”and charged me for a small. Instead she’s rude and responds “yeah well I don’t know about all that, I’ll have someone check it” Infuriating….I won’t go back ever. For 30 years I would’ve chosen Casey’s first. Not anymore.

Completely disorganized

Completely disorganized, placed an order, it was supposed to be ready to pick up in 15 minutes, went in at 15 minutes and the order hadn’t even been started, had to wait an additional 15 minutes before it was ready.

Kitchen manager acted very unprofessional and racial profiled my wife and myself. Tried telling me all extras come out of her pay check after my wife offered to pay. We are locals and have lived out here for a minute. My wife has worked for county mart across the road for over 5 years, and the way this girl acted is bs. We work hard we every dime we have. This is unexplainable!!!!!!

The regional manager for the north Iowa…

The regional manager for the north Iowa stores isn't fair. My wife worked for a store in our town unfortunately things happened to where she was let go or(suspended) my wife was told that after 6 months she could go back to work. She was never called back it's been well over 6 months so she applied at another Casey's in another town. She was told that the regional manager had not approved her application. It seems to me if the regional manager is going to say she can get her job back she should honor that. This manager knows who she is.

I give great pause when giving…

I give great pause when giving advice... especially bad...I recently bought a 2 for 6 on pizza at the Bethany store and was extremely disappointed with ur pizza..I have never in my life used 20 napkins to soak up the grease on my pepperoni...I live in Corydon, we have a store only a year old...but they make the best pizza in these parts..never had to SOAK UP nasty fluid.. sorry

Extremely Unprofessional and Frightening Experience…

I had a very upsetting experience at the Casey’s location in Hamburg, Iowa. As I was walking up to the store, I was on the phone using an earbud. There were two female employees outside smoking near the front doors. Before I even reached the entrance, one of them stepped toward me as if to approach me.
I simply smiled while continuing my phone conversation, but she suddenly began yelling at me, accusing me of calling her “stupid,” using profanity, and threatening to physically assault me. She said she was going to “beat my ass.” I was genuinely scared and hurried inside the store to get away from the situation.
Once inside, I was shocked to learn that the person who verbally threatened me was the store manager. This behavior was aggressive, intimidating, and completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I did nothing to provoke this interaction.
I did not feel safe at this location and will not be returning. Customers should never be made to fear for their safety, and management should be held to a much higher standard.

Greedy about gravy

I've been getting biscuits and gravy. At Casey's for a long time this morning, I went in and they've put it in a much smaller container so they could use a quarter of the gravy their greed has cost them every morning, I get energy drinks snacks for the day biscuits and gravy and gas anywhere from 45 to $60. I will not be back.I hope you save money on that gravy

This place absolutely sucks

This place absolutely sucks! They wouldn't exchange a faulty propane tank we bought from them. THE MANAGER said there was nothing she could do about it! I will NEVER go there again! We actually went to brookshires in seven points and they exchanged it for us, even though we didn't but it from them. Thank you brookshires. The tempature got down to 21°, and caseys wouldn't do a thing.

Because Tracy the manager is a rude and nasty manager saying I was being racist and no I love my black people I would never but anyways the staff be smoking crystal meth in the bathroom getting high and another staff be taking Klonopins when coming to work and this is on Madison avenue and
stop 12 st Tracy you're a mean ugly redneck b**** and for April you fat Looney too b**** I conduct that turn Terrell was doing training in the kitchen that that day and he didn't say nothing about me coming up in there but now y'all are all in trouble for not doing your job this is anonymously since you want to get me in trouble for old threats that was from 2 weeks ago well here now y'all lost your jobs

The manager Tracy is a rude nasty…

The manager Tracy is a rude nasty employee so is the employees smoking crystal meth in the bathroom and some employees taking Klonopins before coming to work or taking illegal drugs and passing them out to customers I just wanted to add this to the Survey Too To let them know what is going on thank you at the Madison Ave n Stop 12 Store

3091 NEW CASTLE INDIANA..
Who ever is running the show there is completely trash I have requested a manager now 6 times and every time been told she should be there 8am-5p.m tomorrow. But Tomorrow is yet to come i have been there numerous times just to observe because I have heard alot of bad being said about management i tried giving the benefit of a doubt. Constantly short staffed when I approach employees they have been nothing but respect yet said that they keep loosing teammates because management don't know how to manage.. when I asked if anyone has went over her head i was informed that they tell them the little lions are not aloud to have the distict manager phone number.. I hate to say it but I see these door closing soon if they don't get her out of there. Seem as if upper management is riding her about the conditions of the hole establishment and she is treating employees like it's there fault she has single handedly removed all the people that greeted and was the up most respectful when I was there.. sad maybe if she was present this store may prosper rant over

Patrick saved Casey's

We called what we thought was the local phone number in DeWitt, Iowa. We got automated answer and tried to order two medium pizzas. We told they had no pan dough was available and price would be $51. We of course hung up. Since we were very close to their location, we drove over and talked with Patrick. He not only gave me a better price of $32. But he also told me we could get 2 larges for $ 26. Then he came up front to help took my money and told it would be 15 minutes. Our pizzas were done right on time. Patrick saved a lifelong customer that spends over $100 a week at Casey's. PLEASE GET RID OF THE AUTOMATION AND HIRE MORE PATRICKS.

OH LORD!!! What a Saturday night going into Casey’s for an order to see and hear the employee was been disrespectful to another’s employees coming in, so unprofessional behavior knowing customer’s are present.

Ordering pizza has been a joke lately

Ordering pizza has been a joke lately. Tonight I ordered, they accepted. Put delivery time later 3 times. Then my phone lets me know order was canceled with no explanation. I called store and they said doordash canceled because we have no cream cheese. HOW is that door dashes fault. So over an hour later I'm frustrated. She said would you like to order something else? Heck no I said. Why would I? She got mad and hung up.

Very little pizza sauce

Has Caseys quit putting hardly any pizza sauce on their pizzas. Most of the time when I stop and get a couple pieces they dont seem to have hardly any sauce on them if any at all. They used to be a lot better.

Ordered a pizza with crispy crust

Ordered a pizza with crispy crust. took 50 minutes to receive. The crust was doughy, Hardly had any pepperoni, I took a bite of one slice and had to spit it out and rinse my mouth as there was some ingredient was spoiled or tainted. The quality of Caseys Pizza at this location has gone way down in the last couple years. We were not going to use Caseys Pizza any longer but thought we would try it again. Will no longer order from them again.

I stopped in for gas at the Casey’s…

I stopped in for gas at the Casey’s #4223 and used the card reader at the pump. Bought $20.02 worth of gas and proceeded on with the rest of my day. Got to where I was going for a background check for a new job and when I went to pay my card was declined. Casey’s had put every last dime in my account on hold. Needless to say I lost the job I was trying to get and neither Casey’s or the bank well return the money that was taken minus the $20.02. Casey’s will never get my business again.
