I have been using cash app for while I have invited friends been ripped out of money for inviting my friends I only really use my cash app for the borrow money witch I borrow and pay back every time on time and now they have decreased my borrow limit that I have worked so hard to build up because I didn't spend enough money on my cash app yet like I said my bill is always paid on time it's more and more stipulations and more and more of do this spend this or else we will decrease your limit even if you pay on time that don't matter do more and more and more or else I used to love cash app but I'm really starting to hate it also you call customer service they say we will transfer you over to the borrow team when being transferred it hangs up on you I called five times just to finally have someone say they can email the borrow team and they will get back with you whenever they feel ask to speak to a manager I'll let you speak with a manager but they won't do anything I ain't doing so nope not transferring you to a manager this is crazy do better cash app if someone pays their borrow bills on time stop trying to come up with every and any new way to decrease their limit

Cashapp has been nice, the problem is that it make spending money a bit too easy. not something that is the Apps fault or can even be fixed, looking at number just lowers impulse control.

My wife sent me $150 on cash app and I never got it. So I look at my account and noticed some strange activity with some people's I don't know. My wife sent the money on the March 21 it never hit my account and on Sunday 22 I noticed Zilda and $MzHondrica names on my account page for money transactions. So I call and do a dispute a few days later the dispute was denied. So I call and do appeal waiting now to see what the outcome of the appeal will be. If they look at my account they will see that the money never went into my account.

Love it been with them since 2018 has only improved the way they help people live paycheck to paycheck better than any other bank. The small loans help out sometimes you fall back on bells and they have picked me up.

I'm writing this review in the hopes of saving even ONE person from downloading this pathetic app. If you ever have a single issue, they will not help you. Their customer service is abysmal and robotic and their templated answers are full of lies - like when you're supposed to hear back from someone or telling you to reply to an email even though they've closed the email thread so it won't go through to anyone. You'll get stuck on a hamster wheel of horrible non-existent support for months and if you do actually get through to a human that's higher up, they have zero desire to truly help you or make things right. Do yourself a favor and go with ANY other peer-to-peer payment service.
Edit: In response to the reply, Cash App has had MULTIPLE chances to make this right and has let this issue drag out for months now. I have submitted multiple disputes, multiple complaints, and I keep hitting the same wall every time because no one ACTUALLY cares about helping and solving this the right way. So thanks but no thanks on getting sucked back into the useless merry-go-round.

After years being with cash app, they cut my overdraft in half. Same job for over 10 years, so I'm not sure why. Still have $500 loan and after pay credit line as well.
Also, 2 day early paycheck isn't accurate. My coworkers with Netspend and other digital banks get paid on Wed. I get paid Thursday evening at but usually Friday morning. Payday is Friday.
