So I put in my gift card info and before I even pressed an accept button I checked to make sure this was a legit site. Realized it wasn’t and never put any banking info in. I keep getting emails saying money deposited to your PayPal which I don’t even have a PayPal. I checked and my gift card is completely drained.
Scam! Used them to sell giftcards and they say processing within minutes. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS! NOTHING! I cant even track the giftcards anymore because they shut down the website to track. I tried to use my giftcards since they never sold and my gift cards are now ZERO BALANCE! Never use cash4gift, EVER!
SCAM!I never received my payout. Its been over a month. I tried to email them several times and my email bounces back not deliverable.

It's a scam. They never paid it still says processing but they drained the card.
They didn't respond to my first 2 emails and now I must be blocked because they bounce back.
Well for starters their site claims they’ll buy unwanted gift cards, it lists the available methods to receive the funds after the sale and the time frames you can expect the money for each method. The site is very simplistic and user friendly— very easy to use and straightforward.
HOWEVER— their options to contact customer support if you have issues is limited to one. By email only. They advertise there’s no need bc they claim they’ll update the seller every step of the way by email. I received an email upon submission claiming they’d received my request and once reviewed they will email me w an update. 3 hours later I received an email stating they’d begun reviewing, and confirming balance, and once confirmed would be processed to my payout method of choice. So, that email showed the progress of my sale was “in processing” and “this process would only take a few moments”.
It’s now been 13 hours, I’ve gotten no update, no payment and no one will respond to my emails. I can’t claim they won’t pay, but it’s not looking too good. I don’t feel the reassurance from them and they DEFINITELY are not honoring what their site says in terms of processing times.
I would not recommend this, especially if you’re in need of a timely exchange of gift card for cash.
