Owner tells me they don't pay based on the intrinsic value of the metal ....what do they base it on then!?!

I had been both a buyer and seller of bullion products at this business for a couple months prior to this happening & believed I could trust them to do the right thing.
After being sick with COVID, I took several gold coins to C4G in Richmond. I was still feeling very unwell & suffering "brain fog" so didn't stop to do the maths myself but the following day when I did do the maths, I had been underpaid by almost $2500 (it was around $8000 worth of coins I sold).
They did not provide an itemised receipt, in fact they never even told me a breakdown of what they were paying for each coin, they just gave me a total and when they were done they told me I couldn't have cash, I would have to wait until 4pm for an OSKO payment or take a cash cheque. I opted for the cheque as I am certain they wouldn't give me bullion without any funds for it so I wasn't about to do so either & was quite annoyed that after an hour or more deliberation about my coins, I wasn't about to walk away & have to go through the whole process again when I was feeling so poorly. Upon arrival at the bank had been made out to account payee only so had to go back and have it written out correctly then back to the bank. The owner had told me that more people were selling bullion than were buying it so I can only surmise they were having cashflow issues and needed the time to organise an overdraft or whatnot.
When I had recovered from COVID I contacted the owner about the issue, with no response. I left a negative review and got a response however was told that yes, the price I was paid for my coins was substantially under the intrinsic value of the metal the coins were made of but they didn't base their prices on the intrinsic value, this fly's directly in the face of the claims they make on their website and everywhere else that they will pay the spot price for metal.
I refused to take down my factual review and so the owner bombarded my business with fake 1 star reviews taking my 5 star rating down to 2.8 stars in a matter of a week or so. Many of the reviews were by people I know to be on their payroll & the rest were by profiles with names like Mickey Mouse and only 3-4 other 1 star reviews.
Very negative and deceitful business practices, I felt taken advantage of and to this day have received no recompense.
