When I applied for a loan with you I was approved for one amount and when money was deposited to my account it was 100 less than I was approved for. Without even letting me know. That's not ok!

So far, the only bad experience is when the company was contacted concerning the due date. The service representative was kind of snotty about it, but they were MORE than informed of payment dates.
