Really happy with our new kitchen. David spent a huge amount of time helping us get each detail right and within our budget. Olive was great for updating us and coordinating the fitting. Very easy to get in contact with, which is a huge benefit when doing a home renovation and trying to manage all the different parts.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the results of my new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish!

Everything was delivered exactly when I was told it would be, and the fitters were professional, punctual, friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.

A special mention has to go to Olive who kept me informed every step of the way. She was always so helpful, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Jaime in the Longmile Road showroom was also incredibly helpful and made choosing everything so much easier.

The whole process was so smooth and stress-free, which I honestly didn’t expect when taking on a new kitchen! The finished result is even better than I imagined, and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

We met David Walker the design consultant. He listen to our needs and wants for our kitchen . We found David very professional in his recommendations for our kitchen he helped us in every aspect for what we wanted and made alterations for my American fridge freezer which i really wanted. Our daughter inlaw recommend cash and carry kitchens as she had use this company and was very happy also. WE wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you David

We were renovating our house and I had seen an ad for Cash & Carry Kitchens with the free installation offer and so I made an appointment to have a look at what we could do with our new kitchen space. I booked an appointment online and was given to Jaime to help us design our new kitchen. The design was daunting but Jaime made it a breeze with his knowledge of all things kitchen related. Nothing was too hard to change or to move and always returned our calls if we left a message. Then when it came to the installation we had Lee who was great and very good customer service and his work was magnificent. All in all I would recommend Cash & Carry kitchens on the Longmile Road to anyone looking for a new kitchen

My requirement was not « run of the mill » but all staff reacted with understanding, speed, courtesy and professionalism. I have had dealings on a few occasions and Pablo has always been excellent. While he was away, Jamie stood in and was very, very helpful. As was a young woman to whom I spoke briefly. And Lee is a brilliant and efficient fitter. Thank you , all.

From the minute we walked into the showroom the way we were looked after was absolutely excellent.

David worked with us to design our dream kitchen and no request we made was too much trouble for him to incorporate.

Olive and Pablo also took excellent care of us and ‘The Two Lees’ did a fantastic job of installing the kitchen when it arrived.

From the day we confirmed our order to full installation was less than 6 weeks.

Jaime was extremely helpful and patient while designing our kitchen. He had great advice and clearly has a lot of experience designing kitchen layouts. Olive and the rest of the team were helpful when arranging the fitting and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

They say you know how good a company is by how they handle your customer complaint - Cash & Carry Kitchens in Longmile Road aced it!

A press was the wrong size - the new unit was ordered, no quibble, and the installers came out as planned and installed it and moved the other units in rapid tine and with a really cheerful attitude.
From the designer to the installer and the office managers - everyone was really helpful and professional. Furthermore their timing estimates were accurate!

I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

Delighted with our new kitchen. Everyone we dealt with in Cash and Carry Kitchens was really helpful and accommodating. Pablo was very genuine in ensuring our plans fitted a very small kitchen and very easy to deal with. Lee and the installation team were very helpful ensuring a seamless installation even with some of our uneven walls!! All times scheduled were met as planned.Highly recommend a seamless prompt service.

The good things: they have competitive prices for decent products, and they offer good pre-sales service, such as design for your kitchen.
But their post-sales service, or ability to focus on supporting you (rather than providing products), is sub-par.

More than anything, my gripe is that this is not a "one stop shop". You'll be expected to do a lot of leg-work!
So prepare yourself for a painful experience while going through your kitchen renovation.

Olive was professional and pleasant to deal with over the phone, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Joe, the fitter, went above and beyond during installation, accommodating a last-minute adjustment with great care and attention to detail.

Overall, a highly professional and customer-focused team that I would confidently recommend.
