I did not subscribe and yet was charged $21 on a credit card. A phone call got a promise to refund, but no charge should have been made in the first place.
This is such a scam. They entice you with a $1 trial offer and a $20 welcome offer, claiming all you need to do is upload one receipt. Once the trial expires in a week, you’ll be billed for $20 for the rest of the month, then $21 a month from the initial sign up date.
What they don’t tell you is that once a receipt is submitted, it will move to a pending status for THIRTY TO FORTY-FIVE days. You’ll notice that’s longer than a month, which means that before you get that initial $20 welcome offer you will be billed for the second month. So, your $20 costs $42 to get. It’s a complete scam. Stay far away

Signing up was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. The app has been simple to use, and I like how everything is laid out. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far, and I’m glad I decided to give it a try.
This thing is a scam! It will charge your credit card $21 and then give you $20 in PayPal credits! SCAM!!!

I dont know how this company gets away with the scammy predatory way they go about business. They trick you into giving them your debit card thinking your getting cashback and then proceed to charge you for a membership you had no idea you were signing up for.

I believe this is fraudulent, as I never signed up for this app.It kept charging me and will not cancel then. When it does cancel and it's saying it's only giving me a dollar back when I got charged much more.I would highly recommend not using this app as I believe it's fraud, and i'm reporting to my bank

I actually forgot to cancel introductory offer ($1.97) and didn’t use the app. 3 months later I didn’t know what a charge was in my bank account-found out it was cashback.now subscription . I logged in selected “cancel subscription” and immediately received confirmation of cancellation and to my surprise also received immediate refund for this month’s charge of $20 which I hadn’t requested or expected. So, I would rate them as 5 stars—and I am relieved to discover I was being scammed.

JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWER SAID: Right after ordering food on their original app, after the order went through, there was an offer i was prompted to receive FORRRRR FREE(for 20 dollars cash back)!!! They asked for the card info and im thinking it's for receiving the cash back--NAH--they were charging you a dollar for a trial and also claimed they dont keep your information...how dont you, when you all then charge us 20 dollars for the subscription on the same card. And the cashback sits there pending for a whole month after they take the payment..so we're really not getting anyyyything back!!! YALLLLLL PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL BE BLINDSIDED..you shouldn't have to pay for no subscription like this thats dishonorable and dishonest!! I am literally in the waiting period for my 1 dollar refund they took unwillingly...idc idc it's the principle --refund me my money man!! And do everyone a favor - stop lying to people and trying to scam them out money for something you dont even get irl. Shameful...very shameful!!!

Scammy. I was redirected from another app to this site titled “ Almost done! Fill in your card details, and that $20 will be yours”. First of all, I shouldn’t need to give u my credit card information to get $20 cash back. And on the bottom there is “ Terms of Service - When you complete checkout you will be charged $1.00 for a 7-day trial, then only $20.00 USD/month after, until you cancel. Cancel at any time by visiting the Membership page.”. Basically, you wanted to me subscribe to this site I don’t know about for $20 “cash back” then after 7 day, you’re charge me $20.
