I have been in the Payments industry for over 20 years. I had dealt with many companies that offer cash advances to merchants over that time and had nothing but bad experiences with every single one…..They all required ridiculous amounts of paperwork, they were slow to respond to inquiries from myself or my merchants, they were always requesting more information, they were always changing the terms, and some companies actually sent site inspectors to my merchants businesses unannounced that would come in through the back door with no introductions and start doing surveys. In other words, every single time I tried to help a merchant secure funding for their business it was a total nightmare that consumed an inordinate amount of my time and left the Merchant stressed, sometimes angry, and always with a bad taste in their mouth and in the end it wound up hurting my credibility and trust with the merchant as a Merchant Services professional. I actually quit offering cash advances to my Merchants for a few years because the experiences had been so bad but I heard about Cash Buoy at a seminar and decided I would try offering cash advances to my Merchants one more time and I’m very happy that I did! Minimum amount of paperwork, one-page online application, documentation handled quickly and easily, Same-day turnaround, etc…The staff at Cash Buoy is professional and personally involved and always available. Someone answers the phone every time I call I never once had to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call and my emails are returned within minutes not days or hours like the other companies I used in the past. They’ve always dealt with the merchant with care and professionalism always making them feel comfortable with the process.
