Great experience. Super fast

Lack of communication

I was always the one to initiate the conversation of what's needed, or how the approval process is going

Also the appraised value was not correctly inputted on the CD, it reflected $420k, when the appraisal was actually $435k

I never received an updated CD reflected the correct appraised value, nor an updated payoff for my SchoolsFirst HELOC

I give Cash Call five stars mostly because of how quick my mortgage refinance went through. I applied on-line on October 2, 2017 for a cash out refinance on an investment property. My loan was funded on October 16 and I had my cash in my bank account the following day. I have taken numerous mortgages and refinances and even a HELOC loan and this was the fastest any of my loans have closed. I'm still like wow! It probably would have closed sooner but I could not schedule the notary for earlier date because of my availability. After I had an estimate of loan rate and such from Cash Call, I called my own bank, Chase (customer over 25 years), to see if they could at least match what Cash Call was offering. I'm not sure if it was just bad luck but the loan person I spoke with did not seem the least bit interested in having me get a loan with them. What sold it for me is that once I mentioned it was a refinance for a rental property, he said, "those take at least 60 days to go through." That was it for me, I said thank you and closed my loan with Cash Call a week later.
I honestly don't know why Cash call is lightning fast compared to other lenders but from my experience, they definitely are. I can't speak on whether or not I received the best rate but for a rental mortgage I believe it is probably competitive with other lenders. Since I been through refinances numerous times, it helps that I had all my documentation ready to submit online and Cash call only requested one additional document I did not have on hand at the time. However, no other lender has matched, or come close to matching the quickness of my loan closing. Even my HELOC took 45 days or so (through BofA). I have seen Cash-Call's commercials many times on TV and just wrote them off as some fly by night lender, until a coworker told me about her good experience with Cash Call. Its true, at least for me it was.

This was a great experience, Phoebe Tran helped me right from the start . I have very good credit but was denied by 2 mortgage companies. That's when I called cashcall and Phoebe listened to my unique and complicated situation . I closed a month later and was happy with my mortgage .

My experience was great the interest rate was better them other and closing time was faster. I had a lot of people tell me not to trust them i think it was because of the name cash call sounds a little cheesy for a million dollar lender. But i didnt listen and not only did i get a great interest rate the people that helped me were awesome.

Excellent service, loan officer and loan processor were always available to answer questions. We had great customer experience from start to finish! We highly recommend!

Overall very efficient in processing a loan which I have never seen from other previous lenders just the consumer needs an update of every stage of loan process. Timely manner done and will recommend to relatives and friends. Thanks to everyone who did my loan successful.

Although we got an amazing deal on our rate, by .25% the service was incredibly horrible. Kathy Williams was our loan processor and she made several mistakes
1) got my email wrong due to HER ERROR. She sent the disclosures and e-sign docs to the wrong place (after sending me some successful communications) and then yelled at me several times for not responding to her email.

2) extremely horrible in communications. She would email me for documents over and over again without checking my response, nor would she email me to answer my questions.

I dont plan to get another mortgage with cashcall. i would rather get a higher rate for better service. Incredibly unprofessional.

Love the fast easy transaction with Cashcall...just finished a cash out refinance and before that had two other loans with Cashcall. Cashcall will always be the first company I contact when shopping for home loans due to ease of getting someone live, ease of getting fast answers to questions, fast turnaround time of process and funding, and easy document signing process online. Keep up the great work!

Could not be easier or more helpful. They contacted US to reduce our rate, then did so with no fees, no forms and complete ease. Even sent the notary to our home at no cost. We could not be happier!

This is the second time we've refinanced with CashCall Mortgage. They were amazing both times! They were the quickest and easiest mortgage experiences we've ever had. What an amazing experience, my finances and package is not an easy one and it was none quickly and efficiently and I worked with two of the most amazing and professional people. Loan closed a week ago with different amounts on the closing docs I signed and on the final closing statement I received after the closing. Also received checks for credit card payoffs that weren't approved by me or discussed with me and aren't on closing docs I signed. I can't get anyone to return a phone call or e-mail to discuss so I'm meeting with a real estate attorney tomorrow to enlist his help. They've given me no other choice.
