⭐ 1 STAR – WARNING: CashCashy Withholds Winnings and Avoids Accountability
I strongly recommend staying away from CashCashy. My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating, and their handling of legitimate winnings raises serious concerns about their business practices.
I have received $220 in previous payouts, proving they are capable of processing redemptions. However, I currently have eight separate $30 redemption requests totaling $240 that remain unpaid.
I initially submitted larger redemption requests but canceled and resubmitted them in smaller amounts, hoping to speed up the approval process. Instead, I have been left waiting without a clear explanation or confirmed payment date.
When I contacted customer support, their representative, Nathalia, repeatedly emphasized that CashCashy is fully licensed, legally compliant, and has operated for over five years. Yet when I requested their physical business address and information about the company responsible for my winnings, they refused to provide it, citing confidentiality and security.
How can a company claim to be fully licensed and compliant while refusing to identify the business responsible for paying its customers?
Their own Terms of Service state that redemption requests are processed in the order received and as promptly as possible. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
What concerns me most is that CashCashy readily accepts payments and advertises opportunities to win prizes, but actually receiving those winnings has become an exhausting process.
I have documented my redemption requests, previous payments, and conversations with customer support. I have formally demanded payment and an explanation for the delays.
My warning to anyone considering CashCashy: Just because a platform pays you once doesn't mean your future winnings will be paid without problems.
Until CashCashy pays my outstanding $240 and provides a legitimate explanation for its handling of these redemptions, I cannot recommend this platform.
CashCashy, stop giving customers generic reassurances and start honoring your outstanding redemption requests.
