I was told that if I paid my loan that getting a small loan would be no problem, but apparently it's just hogwash. They have not bothered responding to the BBB nor have they provided the documents showing my loan was paid in full.

I had a terrible experience with Marcilina, and it's gotten even worse since Trustpilot has admitted their bias and partnership with Cashco and not posting my review despite the fact that there are hundreds of reviews on this site naming people.

What a joke you fill out the application, everything seems ok. Then you get no response. NOTHING. Go somewhere else these people are garbage.

What happened to the once amazing service?! I reached out at 10am, heard nothing until 1:30pm after numerous calls, finally sent the banking link & now nothing again! Given direct number to contact & even after many texts/calls...nothing! The last time that I went through all of this, I was told that there was any issue on their end with deposits & I waited 7 hrs! I would never suggest Cashco Financial with the current way that they do business.

I went to check reviews before I received a call and was a little leary to follow through with it. I have to say that I couldn't be more impressed with my situation. I spoke to a girl named Irish. She was very polite. Not only did I get a loan with a Not so great credit rating, but she gave me her private number in case of any problem. Very happy and I'm not just a bot but a real person. Lol

I am a mother of three, and like many others, I trusted this service based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the moment I entered my information, my personal data was stolen.
When I attempted to log in to confirm my bank details, I was locked out. Initially, I assumed it was a technical glitch on the bank’s side, but it was not. Shortly after, I received a notification that my password and PIN had been changed, and an attempt was made to withdraw money from my account.
Thankfully, my bank acted quickly and blocked the fraudulent activity within minutes of my call. I will be notifying the police and local news outlets to help warn others about this scam.

they would not approve me even though I have aish every month

I had been dealing with this company for about a year now. Always paid back my payday loans in full and on time. Always had issues with their customer service being very slow however, my last experience was absolutely terrible! I paid back my payday loan and right away tried to re-loan. I filled out the application on line and when I did not hear back from anyone, I decided to call. The agent advised that she was going to send me over the account verification.. I explained that “Flicks” does not work for me so the usually send Envrite. She said, that they don’t use that anymore and proceeded to tell me that it was because of my bad credit. My credit had improved over the past year, so I was very surprised to hear her comment. Also, it states all over the website that there is no credit check when applying for a payday loan. So why were they looking at my credit???I have never missed paying my payday loan back and was very insulted by her comments. I asked her to have a manager call me ASAP. That was days ago and I have heard nothing. However someone did manage to send me the Envrite Link to verify my banking. This was days ago and I have still not heard from anyone. I sent an e-mail explaining the situation.and that also was never acknowledged. I am extremely upset about this especially after being a loyal customer for so long. The advisor I spoke with both times was Hurita. When I asked to speak with a manager once again, she told me that there was no manager in the office and that speaking with them would not make any difference. If a company is open on Saturday, there should be a manager there to handle any issues that may arise. I would think twice about dealing with this company as they are very unprofessional and their customer service people need further training.

Had had a few loans with them actually paid off a $5000.00 flex loan in Jan early. Credit has improved. declined with a hard hit I had asked what you needed for a credit score said not based on that I wanted to know because if score was below required would not have tried and had the hit.

They said no credit check on payday loan but they still decline me. I borrow many times with them already and paid on time before but then one time I did pay my balance and want to reborrow again but they said they can’t approve the loan because the situation of my credit. It’s unfair when I already paid all the balance they said that, even though you’re a regular client. I gave them all I had I ended up getting nothing.☹️😭

They will not approve you if you are self-employed, even if you own your home outright. And if you do gig work? Good luck! Apparently, they are stuck in the 1950's where everyone needs a 9-5 job. They clearly haven't caught up with the times.

Beware if you have a bankruptcy on your credit report, you can’t get a loan including payday. I tried applying for one yesterday. Even though I’m a regular client & made payments on time, they changed the policy as of three weeks ago. Plus, they take forever to get in contact by email or phone call. Never trusting them again…

Got a payday loan to build my credit rating. I didn't need the loan, it sat in my account until it was due. I get an email that my bank denied the payment. I transferred the amount due and checked my info on the cashco app to make sure banking info was correct. It was. Now they want to charge an extra $20. for NSF. Thanks Cashco for helping me mess up my already bad credit rating.

I have gotten a few loans from them . I have tried to find out about my last loan and nothing I've called and never received with the cash from it or no explanation. I have attempted to find out what is going on. Once I had to send in my bank statement. Then I have called again to find out what is going on when I was approved but no fund please make it make sense
