They have systematically dropped hurdles in front of me since my second cash out. I have ran into a message stating my device had been banned and an email stating my account was suspended. But, again they have paid. The offers seem significantly lower in value now. Would be 5 stars but I have a feeling there will be something else in the near future.

Links to games are broken or break after updates, 1 game never had the progress register, CS never got back to me. 1 game showed time on it and I passed a big milestone and they said it expired even though their AI said it was OK to continue. Ittakes days for a human CS to get back toyou. Game milestones in the progress list don't match what is done. Payouts take days. There's a fee for " cash" payout. Now making me take a photo of my ID and a selfie to verify after I passed a big milestone which after reading reviews they're going to block my account and I don't want to give them that much info 👎👎 I've got over $80 now I can't cash out 😡

On 5/13 I downloaded this app and 2 games. Played for a bit and secured about $70. Went to cash out starting 5/16. Completed the facial scan and ID check. Completed this and then when it never came through I reached out via chat. Chat asked me to resubmit so I did, it passed and went to the home page of the company they use.

5/17-5/18: have attempted a minimum of 6 times on two different devices to get my scans in. Getting an error now when doing the scan "could not verify your session."

This screen is immediately shown after I submit my scans and it says processing, accepted. Literally drops the second it pops up accepted.

Edit 5/19: no longer stuck on verification page. Paypal email just received.

Just use with caution. The experience mirrored that of scam sites that fail when trying to cash out.

Edit 6/1: Submitted ticket on 5/21 for Bingo Blitz not paying me out the 30/60/90 minute playtime for 7/14 days. Owed close to $200+ atm with only BS generic responses from them on this.

Played Heroes & Hordes, hit Ch. 10 last night ($1 payout). 18 hours later still not updated. None of my games have updated. Already reached out to my lawyer to start legal proceedings. Giving them until 6/5 to pay out my money.

Don't use this app at all. They'll take your time, screw you over because you linked your FB/Google and now can't reset it elsewhere. Total BS, they're crooks and they're going to learn the FAFO lesson, my laywer is a pitbull and he LOVES these kinds of cases.

I've cashed out a few times without issue, even when I wasn't granted rewards at first, it was corrected after an email. But for the last 2 days I've been trying to receive money that they said was secured. So now they ask for verification, all of a sudden they can't verify me nor can I get back on the app. I've submitted photos, screenshots etc and all I receive was the copy & paste reply everyone gets. Im pissed bc I really felt they were top tier up until this point.

I had a remaining balance of 7.17 and had 2 rewards that were paid so my balance should have been 101 not 51 and you all say message me and it will be fixed but I keep messaging and verifyed my identity and still a run around I'm at the point I'm giving it until Monday morning to be fixed or I'm contacting my attorney general and filing a class action with all these users who have been scammed

They are scammers so please don't waste your time downloading this game. I have been waiting since March 31st for a payment of $157.00 and $211 for winning coin master and they keep telling me it's being reviewed. They looked at my loom video 55 days ago so I have came to the conclusion they are not going to pay me. It's so unfair because they got their money for me playing and getting that far but they say crew me. They paid me for all the other levels but refuse the highest paid levels.

I gave this app an honest shot and I am extremely disappointed. I'm not getting credit for completing things, all they want is for you to keep installing new apps to get any kind of bonuses, and now the only cash out rewards available are two crappy 50% off coupons. If I had known this was the outcome, I would have gone with a different app to start with. To say I feel duped is an understatement.

ETA: So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to see if that would help, and now it reset everything as if I never saved anything or connected my account.

Honestly, I'm not interested in spending time troubleshooting this when I can just switch to a different app. I wasn't that invested yet. Good luck with your app though. I'll keep a couple of the games, so I guess it was a success in that respect. 👍

Sadly thought this app was good but I did cashout and it was rejected, I have over 15k followers on my streaming platform and I will be sure to let them know. Update I got my problem fixed and was paid out. 👍

My account was blocked after attempting to cashout. Support was of no help and never provided an explanation. Incredibly dissapointing experience and a waste of time. Please don't waste your time.

Update: Support resolved the issue

So I have received an update regarding what I said earlier. I will give them the credit they deserve because they do care about their customers alot and will do anything to make sure we are all satisfied. I also loved the fact that they did take the time to help me solve this case and got my account lifted. The game choices are great and wish there were more options. I do recommend that if you are trying this app for the first time to read their policy carefully and avoid breaking the rules because the moment you break any rules, you will be blocked. For those who do get an error, Always email their customer support because they want to make this as fun as possible for everyone and they do put us first! They are very fair as well. Go for this app because its amazing! The staff is amazing too!

They advertise payouts in 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Well, that's not true not for me anyhow. I've cashed out twice and the first time it took 24 hours, this time I've been waiting over 24 hours and it still says processing. Customer support isn't any help either, they give the same copy and paste response. After I get my payment this time I won't be wasting anymore time on this app. There are plenty of other GPT sites and apps that actually pay you within minutes EVERYTIME, such as FreeCash, Gain.gg, GaintPlay that you can try. Plus those others sites actually have customer support that will help you as well. Don't waste your time with this one trust me.

Well at first it was great I was playing goblin miner was getting the rewards. Then stopped getting them after level 23. They did pay for the one after that after sending all the video and ID number and all the other stuff they wanted. So I kept playing the game after the to complete 2 more rewards for level 30 of $27.75 and level 25 for $26.40 which I did a support ticket and sent all the video and other stuff they wanted at the end of march.. it is now April 25th. They just say be patient and we will let you know. Wouldn't be so bad if I not spend money on the game. I did get more money though than I spent.

Although there are a lot of games that I've already played on other platforms and can't get credit for them. The games that are available are fun and easy to hit milestones. Whenever there's an issue, I get immediate help from the support team. Just a little tip, provide more variety of games lol.

Fast and easy payouts. But, needs more games. Also, you have to have 20 to cash out and it is in increments of 5 or 10 depending on the gift card you choose. Would love to be able to cash out all at once, regardless of amount.

It's an easy game to play and it's just like coin master app. At least to me it is and that's one of my favorite apps. So yeah I'm loving.
