Initial contact went well...
Initial contact went well, coordination with the pick up company was frustrating. Driver showed up a day sooner than they were supposed to, so ownership and keys weren't ready, somehow it was my fault. Sent the same driver back the next day, he ignored all calls and eventually had to find a replacement pick up driver.

Great experience
Extremely easy to deal with. The lady answering the call was very professional, spoke clearly, made me feel at ease. Explained the process very efficiently. She forwarded detailed instructions which were easy to follow. The follow up call from your shop was timely. The drivers who picked up the car were also very professional. They sent me a picture of the chèque between the doors. (I wasn't home). Very much appreciated. I was disappointed with the amount since the motor was only 2 years old and the interior was mint.

Easy transaction…
It was an easy transaction from the moment I filled out their form to the moment truck driver gave me the cheque and towed away my old van the next day. The price paid was a bit less than what I expected but I assume it was fair.

Payment
I thought it was (REAL CASH) instantly, but it appeared that it’s a cheque and it made me wait for almost two weeks to receive the whole amount since the bank process time takes that long. I sold my car and I left Canada with no comeback and still haven’t received the total amount.
