The initial contact
The initial contact, the quote, the price and the signing of the paperwork were all fine.
What I did not like was, that I ended up having to talk to so many different agent and that it go really confusing once we got to the part of booking the pick up. It ended up being quite stressful.

Tow truck driver was awesome
Tow truck driver was awesome. It was a challenging experience as the dispatch told me pickup would be on a Friday so I didnt prepare the vehicle for towing. On my way to work the driver called and said he was on the way (two days early). I was unable to return to my home to air up the tires and put the vehicle in an easy to pick position but this guy did it no problem!
