I agreed to sell my 2014 VW Jetta to Cash for Cars on 6/10/25. At the time the Cash for Cars representative, Araceli Mino explained that a tow service would be contacting me in 24 to 48 hours to schedule the pickup of the vehicle. Ms. Mino explained the tow service would collect the signed vehicle title in exchange for a check in the purchase amount. It is now 6/22/25 and my vehicle is still sitting at the paint and body shop where I have it parked. I spoke with Vanessa at Copart on 6/10/25, she wasn't helpful about scheduling a time for the pickup of the vehicle.

I am very disappointed in the way this entire sale happened.

First, the person that contacted me to set up the sale never told me his name and said he would be there at 5. At 4:40 he texted and said he was 40 minutes away. At 6:45 I told him that I had to leave for church and he could meet me there. I gave him the address (one half mile from my house). At that time a different number texted me and said they were coming to get the Acadia. He came to the church, offered $150 (agreed to $225 when I set this up), complained when I wouldn't accept it, kept saying, "come on, bruh!" He finally paid $220 very angrily, and said he would come get the vehicle tomorrow because he was alone in the car he came in.

I am genuinely worried to have him at my property today to get the vehicle. This was not a pleasant transaction at all.

This was an awesome experience. Everything was easy and smooth.

website was easy to follow and I was contacted quickly and the vehicle was picked up quickly...but that is as far as it went... they wrote me a bad check and then said they would fedex me a new check which they failed to...do not use this company!

Everything went pretty well. My only complaint was I got absolutely no help to find out when the driver was going to pick up my car. They gave me a 48 hour window, but I had many things to do. The driver contacted me an hour before he got here.

Quick and to the point.

They picked up the car with no problem.

It was implied that an IMAGE of the notarized title was sufficient to transact the sale. While the image was sufficient to begin the process, the original title was required in order for CforC's driver to pick up the vehicle from the garage location. Sinse the owner was in Nevada with the original title, it had to be overnighted by Fed-Ex to the garage location. While this all makes sense, I feel that this point should have been clarified from the get-go by Markus Rowe's department. Otherwise, everything was slick!!

Schedule pick up very bad and many different people schedule the pick up days and time and still nobody show up to pick up the car.
