I received a “guaranteed” quote from cash for cars. I provided an accurate description of the car online. Upon arrival the pickup guy spoke barely any english and then offered me $200 less than my guaranteed offer which I originally accepted in good faith. The reason - the 24 yr old car that is still running, did not have the original muffler. Seriously? I never certified to OEM parts for the muffler and the text message shown to me by the nonenglish speaking driver’s rep said- not original parts- sorry. I needed the car gone due to HOA so I had no choice.

Not sure if this was Apopka or Orlando- either way they represent the overall business.

Well sorry cash for cars, bait and switch is a scam. Stay FAR FAR away from them. Will never use again.

Setting everything up went great. Very professional and honest people. But the pickup, which was with another company was not good. Something on their end was switched around and they didn’t come on the day I was available. So, after a few phone calls I was able to get a new day. That was a little inconvenient, but it worked out in the end with a check in my hand for my vehicle. I would use them again.

I was very happy with the quote. The folks I spoke with we're easy to work with and gave me all the info I needed to make the transaction smooth. AND the check cleared :) :) :)

Completely disrespected n mistreated n would never recommend to anyone !!!#! I even wrote lengthy info here n tried to send it in n it deleted n kicked me out !!! I always respected when a customer informed me of a problem or bad experience.....then I had a chance to fix it, improve business, n regain theirs !!! Please have a VP or head supervisor call me. Your company needs to know how horrible I was treated, the very bad, n illegal business practices that took place during my nitemare experience with your company, n people who you employ to represent you n your company. Your very big ( 90 locations in USA, I was told), n I'm just 1 lil customer (with 2 very special cars that got robbed n seriously mistreated) in your huge daily business. But maybe I'm not the only one that these things are happening to !!! Pretty sure I'm not. My car just decided it was done. The motor was shot and so was I. I called cash for cars told them about my experience and that the mechanic said it is not drivable so I needed to find a way to get rid of it they asked me two or three questions and offered me just under 1300. And picked it up check in hand the very next day. It was as easy as 1.2.3.

Just a scammers! Scammed me out of my blazer! Saying it had a high miles but has actual 49k miles and they said its car tax is 130k miles, 1989 the Speedo font have a 3rd digit, no car fax in 1989! They offer me 1450 then at the auction they selling it 14k going to file law suit/ open up to the police tomorrow.
