They "cash for cars" bought truck.
They forgot title
They won't answer phones
They want an affadavit saying I put wrong seller on. I put my name.

Have responded to e-mails by "Reply". No Answer
Have just spent another 1/2 hr. trying to get anyone.
I have looked over title and it is correct as far as I can tell. I really don't know what is wrong, so I wait until they contact me with helpful info.

Extremely easy to work with the team. Everyone we worked with took time to explain the process and assisted us on what was needed to obtain the final offer. Pickup was quick.

I called the company on a Friday, and they came and picked up my car on the next Monday.The tow truck driver had a check for me, and he hauled my old car away. It was a very easy experience.

Overall a good experience. It took a bit of going back and forth with multiple people to get to the scheduling of the pick up. Pick up driver was friendly and determined as it wasn't an easy pick up. We should have been asked the location in the parking lot of the car as it would have been much easier for him if he had just had a tow truck and not a flatbed. But he did it! The payment method wasn't clear as on the website it says cash or check, but in fact the driver actually wrote the check. Wish we had been informed of that but it worked ok. I would use this company again.

You made a bad event a lot easier. From the time I called everyone was very nice and understanding and there were follow up calls. You did everything you said you would and the car was gone. Thank you very much.

There are far to many players in the process.
Calls were not returned and the procedure for pick up and monies, per their instruction, were ignored.
I feel my car was stolen!! Without my consent or a title my car was towed from my mechanics yard while I sat all weekend waiting for a call back to arrange transfer!

Insult to injury was their expecting me to drive 50 miles each way to bring them the title and collect payment.

All this while dealing with the stress of back to back hurricanes!

The check received earlier than expected. It was a busy time for them. Could have less people involved to handle the transaction. But I would recommend them.

Even through the sign on there fence said WE BUY CARS you can not just drive up and sell your car. You have to call an 800 number to receive a evuation and a quote and tell them what day you want to dispose of your vehicle. After that it was pretty easy process.

Picking up the car was a high point: smooth and professional. 'would have been a five star review but the rep I worked with on the phone initially, stubbornly wanted to do everything using my phone. 'eventually got around that, but I shouldn't have had to go 'round and 'round only to end up doing it my way after all.

The quote was higher than anyone else they did everything they said they were going to do no hassles no questions polite staff on pickup in and out and finished with a matter of minutes would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell an older car or junk car these people do as they say and say as they do
