Process should be explained …
The experience with Cash for Cars was fine but confusing process . I had 2 other places I had to deal with before connecting with Cash for Cars.Since first time selling car , the process from start to finish should be explained at onset by first company.What I learned by myself was that the first company I contacted arranges for another company to purchase your car . The second company contacted me to arrange date and time of pick up of car being sold and reviewed info supplied on online form with first company .
Finally connected with the 3rd company who picked up automobile and provided check . I was confused because I was talking to different places each time in addition to the other companies that contact you on line once they discover ( somehow ) that you are selling your car .
In the end , car is gone and happy with the price but took awhile to get there .
Customer service at Cars for Cash was helpful and pick up driver was pleasant & accommodating .
