Shernell Quamina was my contact. Initially I was very anxious that I would be taken advantage of and that there would be problems. Shernell explained everything thoroughly, including detailed information that the check to me would be written out from Copart, Inc through Bank of America. She also explained that if I was offered cash, or if anything seemed out of line I should call her immediately. I also was contacted directly by the towing company. I took pictures of the car when it was being loaded and got the tow truck drivers license, as well as the check that was issued to me. (Just in case something went wrong) Everything went smoothly. The check was large and cleared by the following morning. I also received a bill of sale email from CashforCash reminding me to report the sale to DMV. Shernell also contacted me after the sale was complete to see if everything went well. It did! I highly recommend CarsforCash.
Note: A different company that I originally contacted was very pushy and I had at least 3 people contacting me. Even when I said the car had been sold, they are still calling and texting me. Use CarsforCash- nothing else.

The initial offer was easy and accurate. It was frustrating having to call agents to go through the same 10 questions every time and that should be improved. The title mess was frustrating and is not great for a business who literally buys cars for a living.

Took my car from the shop without my permission, no communication about it. I sat around for four hours at a coffee shop waiting for a phone call that never came, which I was supposed to meet them at the shop, but it turned out they just took it away without paying me or signing the title, then I had to meet someone somewhere else and didn't even get back all my stuff that was left in it.
