The first purchaae went fine
The first purchaae went fine. Then 2 days later they tried to buy it again for a lower price. I don't think they have their business model worked out yet. Too many fingers in the pie. Never get to talk to the same representative twice.

For the most part it was convenient
The process was convenient so I liked that. The directions were pretty straight forward. The only issue I had was understanding the technicians that I had to call on the phone. The ones that you employ outside of the United Stated. Their accents are very confusing when speaking English it was hard to decipher what they were saying. I got through it obviously. But it was a little frustrating. Other than that the process was OK. You asked that I be honest so there you go.
