The process is slightly irrating and honestly with so many scammers and reviews (with car buyers in general) you see so many complaints like they said one thing over the phone and something else while here and the one that I was truly worried about was not being able to cash the check but luckily that was not the case with them I'm all about the reviews so if you are reading this and the process seems questionable I'm here to say I was also cautious I could have wrote about the great man that came and towed my car but people really want insurance that they are not going to get scammed.

The online quote was much higher than what they offered after seeing the pictures of the truck. The online questions should be more detailed to avoid such a wide discrepancy in online offer vs. actual offer.
Everything went well until we needed to schedule the pick up of the truck. Even though we were told the pick up was scheduled, when we called to follow up with the actual pick up location, it was determined that nothing had been scheduled. They did not update the communications on pick up schedule as quickly and timely as we needed.

Offer was received quickly and I considered it to be fair. The process was pretty easy and straightforward, they scheduled pickup and paid promptly.

Initial contact and conversations through pricing and contract agreement went as well as one would hope. The issues began with vehicle pickup and then getting paid for the vehicle. Pickup was scheduled for next day AM (I made sure I wasn't occupied with work so I could meet driver and hand over title and keys - vehicle was a 30 minute drive from home). I called dispatch around 1 PM asking what was going on, as I had heard nothing. I was told the pickup would occur before 4 PM. I called again at 3:45PM after hearing nothing. I was told the pickup would happen the following AM. As we discussed my desire to not screw up a second day of work, an alternative to my physically meeting the driver and handing title and keys over was agreed upon (vehicle was at a Toyota dealership, so reasonably secure). I was told that I would have payment by Friday via FedEx (this was a Tuesday). I confirmed vehicle was picked up on Wednesday. No check on Friday, I called the following Tuesday asking what was the holdup and was told I would receive the check by that Friday. No check again, I called the following Tuesday and was assured the check would arrive via FedEx no later than Friday. No check, when I called again the next Wednesday, they actually gave me a tracking number and in fact the check was received...That BS with wasting one of my work days, and then check run around soured the balance of the experience by more than a little bit.
