They called back as soon as I submitted the on line request. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. The offer was delivered quickly and fairly. I was able to have the vehicle picked up and given a check the same day.

Could have been 5 star if you didn’t show up a day early. Also your driver did not speak English which was a challenge. But overall a very good service that met my needs.

I dealt with Pakistan the entire time
I dealt with Pakistan the entire time, and felt very uncomfortable about it. We do have people here in the US that need jobs you know. It just felt like I was being scammed the whole time. Thank goodness that the check did finally clear the bank.

After a little confusion on setting up our vehicle to be towed, the tow company arrived on time and were great guys. Unfortunately, I continued to receive calls from the company asking if we were still interested in selling our vehicle after we had already sold to CashForCars. Slight disconnect in the back office. But, I would still recommend their company.
