Easy peasy!
You made it easy and quick. We tried Carvana and they offered significantly less and required more documentation. We had a clean title, no lien holder on it and they were requesting a lien release from the banker that didn’t exist lol they wasted two weeks of our time. With you guys, it was done within a few hours from start to finish.

Best deal I could get.
Josh Nevore was good to deal with, he was attentive and professional. He dealt with me and negotiated a deal I could live with. I was however very disappointed with their 3rd party inspection service Lemonsquad was terrible. When I was contacted early on a Friday I was offered an appointment on Saturday at 1:00 but since the vehicle was at my work location I would have to run down (30 mins) specifically to be there to have (Sharon) do the inspection. I reluctantly agreed and was at the vehicle an hour early so I sent a text to let her know I was early... no response. Then I called her 2 times, 1st after she was 47 mins late and 2nd after she was 1hour 30 mins late. I have yet to hear from her or Lemonsquad.. Josh however called me first thing Monday morning, apologized and just set up the pickup based on the photos I had sent earlier. He came through in the end. Also the tow crew was efficient, on time and pleasant to deal with.
