Issues Picking Up from Repair Shop
They seemed to have major issues picking up from a repiar shop rather than a residence. I was easily able to arrange everything with the shop but then this company required all sorts of additional documentation, receipts, even a scanned image of the title upfront! Use Peddle instead. Much easier to work with. I wish I had called them first and saved a lot of headaches.

This company was fantastic to work with, to sell my car! VERY professional, helpful, fast and fair. In fact, I made the mistake of letting my payment check from them expire (three full months to cash, but I misplaced it!)! I called them, explained the situation (apologized) and they reissued the payment check within days! They orchestrated the entire procedure and, for me, it was effortless! I recommend 100%. Repeat customer - super satisfied
This is the second time I have sold an old car through here. They gave an option for a tow truck driver to pick it up, but in my case, I lived very close to one of their offices to drop it off. Everything was done ahead of time over the phone to make the process incredibly smooth.

Unfortunate salvage
First website had you enter odometer reading. Someone from office calls and says based on VIN number amount of salvage will be lower. Says this is based on some US reporting I never heard of. Date of pickup was a train wreck. Received call at 1:00 pm stating they would be there between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. Did not arrive until 8:45 pm. Rating should be much lower but scheduler and tow operator were nice.

8:am to 5:pm window is a joke . The tow truck driver showed at a quarter to 7: pm. My first quote was $640. You all changed that to $540. Now you’re sending emails about selling my vehicle after the fact. Because I didn’t answer your survey. Work on your customer service.
