Kind of disorganized
Kind of disorganized. We came to the location to drop off and the receptionist said I needed to call to set up the process and they couldn't do it in person, and gave me a bad phone number to sign up for some medical device? Then when I googled the right number, they got me set up with an offer but couldn't tell me where I should go to drop off the car. So we ended up dropping it off in the wrong spot. Everything finally got sorted, but everyone there seemed confused and couldn't give me any solid instructions

They were very patient and helpful, even though I was suspicious of them. I did some research and found them credible. I've never done this before. My engine seized due to oil leak. They gave me a much better price than the dealer trade in value. Went smoothly and quickly. Thanks
