CashForCars was great, Coparts was NOT
While dealing with CashForCars was all good, dealing with Coparts, the company coming to collect and tow the car, was decidedly not. When they did not come when promised, I called, waited on hold for 30+ minutes, only to be told that I was mistaken on the pick up date, not them. My husband had taken off of work. The woman I spoke with at Coparts was downright rude. She ultimately said she "was told" the pick up would still occur that day, and the tow driver would call me directly. He did, but said he had just been notified of the "same day pick-up" at 5:00 pm and could not come on such short notice. We had to reschedule for the following week.
