I was having check problems (not CashforCars fault) and they helped me the many times I called back and even called back a few times. And even tho I was being a pain they were calm and nice. I would definitely come back again if I need another car picked up.

The process of selling my car ( for scrap ) was easy and hassle free. Everyone I communicated with was helpful.

I have to admit I was skeptical at first. Just seemed too good to be true. Everything went smoothly even after I had to pause the transaction a few days due to family emergency. We resumed the transaction and it went without a hitch. Communication was excellent each step of the way. Tow truck driver arrived right on time with check for quoted amount. Highly recommend this service.

Very easy and smooth transaction. Made it super easy for us to get rid of the car without having to pay for towing and figure out where to dispose of it.

I liked the service. It was difficult to understand the people I talked with due to accents, but everyone seemed nice and wanted to help me. I was told on the phone I would get a check for $ 730 but only received $ 720. The driver who picked up the car looked at my offed on my phone and agreed the amount they put on the offer was $ 730 but the check and all his correspondence said $ 720. The tow driver was very friendly, and he appreciated my candor in discussing the issue. He even took a picture of my quote and off my phone, but I have never received any call back or emails to try and resolve the issue. If it wasn't for this minor issue, I would have rated them a 5 star. I would appreciate someone to follow-up on this and a check for $ 10 would be appreciated as well!
