I needed to sell asap to leave town for good, and everyone was super efficient and helpful. I got a fair price and didn’t have to do a crazy amount of work.

The driver was very punctual wit the pick up and very courteous and they paid topp dollar for my vehicle

I liked the ease of using their process to sell my vehicle, most of it was okay. However, they offered me a higher price offer originally & confirmed it again afterwards, a couple of weeks later. The day of selling, they ended up "reconfirming" everything was okay and proceeded to low ball me in the moment, dropping the original offer by over $500. I had no choice but to sell as my vehicle, as it was already at their facility and paperwork was in place, to finalize sell.

I sold my car to cash for car and one of the lady there told me on the phone that if I referred someone to cash for car they will give my a bonus or credit towards my account. I referred my dad and he sold two of his vehicles to cash for car and I didn't even get a bonus or credit afterwards, not even a penny. They are such liars. This will be the last time I sell my vehicles to them and I will tell any of my family members not to sell any of their vehicles to them. They don't keep their words.

The check cashed! The best part, but seriously. This was so easy! As long as you have the correct information on your vehicle. The whole experience was painless and quick. They wanted an appraisal and sent a 3rd party company to appraise my car. Once they had the appraisal, the phone rang and the deal was confirmed. Got a call for pick up and check delivered. Hand written check from tow driver.
Very well organized procedure and excellent treatment.

Made the call late afternoon 8-1-24 & had all together all the stuff that was needed & mid morning next day 8-2-24 all was done. Picked up the vehicle where it was towed for a possible fix & found out wasn’t going to work to put in all that expense when it was more than the vehicle was worth and got our check.

It took a long time, like a week or so of waiting, for the copart company to call me back because their system went down more than once. I had to send a picture of the title multiple places multiple times because they kept saying it didn't go to the right place. Once we finally got the pickup scheduled the driver never showed up and we had been waiting at my family members house for hours (where the car was stored). Another tow truck driver called the next day and said he just got the order for pickup for my car despite me telling the company multiple times I was only able to get to the car if I had notice because I only had a ride at certain times of day. Luckily I had planned ahead and left the title and keys with my family members and they happened to be home. The tow truck driver showed up in a good amount of time and was polite. He's the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star rating cause honestly the whole process was a hassle.
