Easy Process
It was a simple call that took only a couple minutes. They offered a couple days that they were available for pickup, which was the next day and the day after that. Tow driver was friendly and on time. Gave them the title and received my check instantly. That took only a a few minutes. Entire process was simple and easy.

It was an easy process
It was an easy process. I was concerned that I transferred the title and car to the driver and I did not receive a certified check from a bank. I was told it was a bank check but all that meant was the check was a personal check from the bank. A couple of days past before the check was cleared and the total amount was available for cash. But CashforCars honored the agreement, and I was relieved and satisfied.

Overall good experience
Overall it was a good experience. I live 1.5 hours away from the pickup location where car was located. And extra 2 hour wait on tow truck driver wasn’t expected only to have to drive 1.5 hours in traffic. But I would use them again, seamless process.

easy enough
When I called the company I was able to speak to someone right away and gave me a good quote for the condition of my vehicle. The only down side was the staff should have better record keeping of who should be point of contact with customer. I got many text/calls from different people urging me to hurry to sell to keep the quote, even after I told the 1st person the best day for me to sell the vehicle and for them to pick it up because I would have everything on my end in order.
