They were supposed to call an hour before pick up the vehicle from out mechanic so I could meet them over there to give them the title and the extra set of keys and to get my check. The driver told my mechanic that We said it was ok to pick up, so they took the van without the title, without paying, or calling. I did not find out until I call to see where they were. Then it took me 4 days to try and get the check and for them to get the title and for mme to get my Tag back that they told me they would bring back. This is on top of very rude people on the phone several times. I will never use you guys again, on top of telling other people not to use you!
I would not use this company again. The language barrier is the first thing; 3 phone calls took 40 min that could have taken 5 min. I could only understand about every third word, and they had trouble understanding me and asked me to repeat myself over and over. 2nd, Once I finally jumped through all the hoops, they told me they would call me 1 hour before picking up my car from the mechanic shop, which was 2 min away from my office. The tow company showed up, told the mechanic they were here to pick up my vehicle, hooked it up, and left. They did not call me, or pick up the title, leave the plate, or leave the check. When I call them, they ask me to bring everything to them, which I could not, and she said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I was told the Driver would NOT take the vehicle until he had the title and paid me, which did not happen. When I called the office, the person was very Rude!
Most important is that I have NOT received my check yet.
Called Jan 29 to start the process. Called Jan 30 after cleaning out the car. This phone call went over 2 hours as the multiple people I had to talk with never read the notes of the previous person. We were over 2 hours from home when the engine seized so we were not going to meet the driver. We drove the 2 blocks to the Copart yard and handed over our title. Then they yard couldn't find the car due to multiple rex Skillman car lots. They had the address and to talk to Steve in Service. Finally they called me on Feb 3 to say they can't find car. I got the bill of sale emailed to me on Feb 5th.
Still no check on 13th. I assume no one could read notes to mail me the check even thought that was the plan all along.
everything went smoothly and simply.
However, the office location could use a couple chairs in the lobby!
On line offer was $488 and when come to pick up, only paid $300. Car was as represented in your on-line offer, but had some rocker panel rust ( which was not asked about in your questions.) I felt like the transaction was a bait and switch. Buyer was just second to third party broker.
Everything worked out perfectly for us in selling my wife’s old car to you!
They did a good job. Didn't quite get as much as I'd hoped for, but not too far off.
The experience was very simple and easy. They offered me a reasonable cash offer for my car and made everything go smoothly!

I cannot even begin to tell you how much
Frustration, Confusion, and Stress I endured for days on end trying to deal with the people at your 'call center'!!
We exchanged 20 text messages between 5/23/24 and 5/28/24. And that does include numerous phone calls over a 2 week period, all in an effort to complete the process of selling my totaled car. Nearly every person I spoke with was extremely Difficult to understand: They spoke Way too fast and their words sounded garbled; their English was/is Very poor; and most of the people had very thick accents which were impossible to decipher. Also the connection was very poor! As a result, I repeatedly had to ask them to repeat things very slowly, over and over again. Also your communication system makes it nearly impossible to reach the same person twice! Thus, they end up asking you to Repeat everything you've already told them, again and again! It Should be readily available to them In your Database, without having to ask us to repeat it over and over. The whole process was inefficient and frustrating, for all involved, I'm sure! On the positive side: in the long run it did finally work out!W And your company did give me a decent offer for my vehicle!
