I had to go through the quote process twice because the tow company assigned to me canceled without any communication the 1st time. The second time, same company, jerked me around on dates and times, promises to call me back with no results. Over a week later I get a text from cash for cars saying they canceled it again and was given a new quote from someone else, at a much lower rate. Ended up going through another site. Way too much of a hassle with no results.

What went right is a better question than what went wrong as everything was wrong. I could not get anybody to call me back and when you finally did I couldn’t understand what was being said nor the return phone number. After selling the car to you I had to get the title notarized and fill out a form as I was told incorrectly where to sign my name on it. But the real icing on the cake is when you took my car and did not tell me! I called for FOUR days requesting a pick up date to find out eventually that you had already picked up my car without my knowing so and without payment and without letting Clean out the car or get my license plates off of it. You also took it without the title that you told me I must give you. I finally received the check but I am still waiting for you to return my license plates. The transaction from beginning to end was absurd and unprofessional.

Smooth transaction. Each step was clearly defined, excellent communication and I received the agreement upon amount when they picked up mg truck the next day

WE provided the info/photos requested, including title & keys. We were honest with our answers. They provided a quote & followed through providing contact with the local office. They picked up the car the following day and provided a check for the amount quoted. It was a great experience- and quick.
