Horrible customer service
You picked up the vehicle without calling in advance, even though you assured me you would call an hour before hand.
When I called to complain about how this was going, you'd say "we'll call you back in 15 to 30 minutes"... you didn't call back.
You local lot staff were rude and inconsiderate. When I went to the lot, people had been waiting there for hours for assistance. I actually sat on a desk for 15 minutes before any staff acknowledged my existence.
The check I eventually received (more that two weeks after the vehicle had been taken) could be cashed for another 24 hours.
The only reason I'm sure more than one start is because I eventually got the money.

so the wait time when asking about a car was prity long . we had to reschedule pickup 1 time I had to call dispatch 3 times they ended up picking it up on monday

You picked up my car without notifying…
You picked up my car without notifying me. You were supposed to give me 30 minute notice so I could meet the driver and collect a check. I had to drive out to your lot in magma to collect payment. Very frustrating…
The rest of the process was pretty easy and your customer service people are friendly and helpful
