No nonsense good offer no games A+
Company made a great first offer. I did not have to negotiate back-and-forth like I had to with other competitors who started at a ridiculously low offers. Completing the transaction is easy and clear. Overall transaction was an A+.

My Terrible Experience
I was told that I would be notified one hour before the tow arrived to pick up my car I was to sell. I took time off work to be available between their large pick up window of 1pm to 5pm. I waited for the call. Finally, at 4pm, after not receiving any calls, I decided to check in and see where the tow was. They informed me they had already picked up my car. Which contained my personal items, still had my tag on it, and the meter was still running on my pay per mile insurance. They took my car without paying me and without receiving my title. They technically stole my car and it was extremely difficult to aquire my personal items. Luckily, a worker delivered my check to me, and *some* of my items were mailed to me.I still have not received my license plate and a pair of blue leather gloves handed down to my by my grandmother. Every step of this experience, besides getting the quote, has been an absolute nightmare. If you chose to work with them, best of luck. But I would never recommend them to any friends, family, or mortal enemies.
